5.1. Main drawing area

5.1.1.

Drawing area

➢ The drawing is divided into 10 layers::

Timing layer:

Main shuttle layer: The action of the main shuttle after entering the chain.

Elastic layer: Indicates the action of the elastic shuttle after entering the chain.

Main eating layer (1F):

Adding a shuttle group layer (1C~6C): The movement of five adding yarns, such as 1C~6C, after entering the chain.

➢ In the toolbox rectangle selection state, the cursor moves to the vertical (or horizontal) scale, click the mouse, move the cursor to the destination and release the mouse to frame selection the entire row (or the entire column), as shown below (select Lines 5 to 10):

➢ Right mouse button in the drawing area:

Place the cursor in the drawing area and click the right mouse button to pop up the setting interface:

(75)

"Undo": Undo the previous drawing operation.

“Resize”: Use the same as the menu bar pattern to edit the pattern attribute function.

"Cut": The usage is cut with the main drawing area.

"Copy": The usage is copied with the main drawing area.

"Paste": Usage is the same as paste.

“Color Picking”: Select the color code where the cursor is located as the current color.

Synchronize View to: Synchronize the contents of the current layer to other layers.

(76)

"Empty pattern": Clear all patterns in the current view, other views are not affected.

"Select All": Select all the patterns in the current view.

"Import Pattern": Import the pattern file.

"Import bitmap": Import image files such as bmp, jpg, png, etc., and

automatically convert the original image color to the software-recognizable color.

(77)

Export Bitmap: Export the current pattern to a picture file (bmp).

"Multiple copy": Usage and toolbox multiple copy.

"Select Copy": Use the same toolbox to select copy.

"Symmetrical drawing": Usage and toolbox symmetry tools.

"Rotate": Usage is rotated with the toolbox.

"Flip": Usage is flipped with the toolbox.

(2) Right-click the blank text box on the left side of the interface;

(3) Then select “Append” to pop up the knitting part selection interface, and double-click the option to add it to the original text box;

(4) Set the relevant attributes of the option in the part parameter;

“Flower type” means using the data on the pattern to move the needle;

“No flower type” means that the system stops counting the number of patterns and uses the needle data in the needle selection data;

(5) Click OK to generate the relevant parameters in Area-Flow.

(79)

5.2. Information prompt bar

➢ You can control whether this part is displayed in the software interface through the “View → Status Bar” menu.

6. The function lines

➢ The function line drawing area is used to describe the auxiliary information of the pattern layer, and corresponds one-to-one on the line. If the necessary information is not defined in the function line drawing area, an error or warning message will appear during compilation.

➢ When defining the drawing area, the user can select the function line to be set through the function line drop-down list box or the function line list (as shown in the figure). The selected function line is displayed at the far left of the function line area for parameter setting.

(80)

6.1. Speed

➢ Define the set speed of the braided part when the current pattern is executed.

The speed is set to change during the change, but the actual speed is automatically limited to the low speed.

(81)

6.2. Blow

➢ Indicates control of blowing, defining whether to blow when performing the current pattern and when to blow.

6.3. T-1

➢ indicates the parameters of the loop machine,

6.4. T-2

➢ indicates the parameters of the loop machine,

6.5. Elastic(=Rubber)

➢ Indicates the speed ratio of the rubber motor to the syringe. The higher the value, the faster the rotation. Only when the parts are rubber bands, woven rubber bands, and the mouth is opened, the rubber band motor is opened by opening the rubber band shuttle, and the rubber band shuttle is closed to close the rubber band motor.

6.6. Wind Door

➢ indicates the damper valve,

6.7. A2C

➢ Control the shuttle forward and backward

(82)

7. Drawing color code

➢ There are a total of 23 color codes, and the color code has different meanings in different areas of the software (main drawing area, function line area, etc.):

(1) The color code mainly represents the knitting action in the main drawing area;

(2) The color code mainly represents the function mode when the loom is working on the function line.
