You will need the manual for the safety warnings and precautions, assembly instructions, operating and maintenance procedures, parts list and diagram. Keep your invoice with this manual. Write the invoice number on the inside of the front cover. Keep the manual and invoice in a safe and dry place for future reference.

SAFETY WARNINGS AND PRECAuTIONS

1. KEEP WORK AREA CLEAN. Cluttered areas invite injuries.

2. OBSERVE WORK AREA CONDITIONS. Keep work area well lit.

3. SuPERVISE CHILDREN AROuND THIS PRODuCT. Do not allow children to climb

upon this table top.

4. CHECK FOR DAMAGED PARTS. Before using any product, any part that appears

damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it will perform its intended function. Check for any broken or damaged parts and any other conditions that may affect its operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn parts immediately.

5. uSE SAFETY EquIPMENT. WEAR ANSI APPROVED SAFETY IMPACT EYE GOGGLES WHEN ASSEMBLING THIS PRODuCT.

6. REPLACEMENT PARTS AND ACCESSORIES. When servicing, use only identical

replacement parts. Use of any other parts will void the warranty.

7. ALWAYS CHECK HARDWARE AND ASSEMBLED PARTS AFTER ASSEMBLING.

All connections should be tight and hardware tightened.

8. DO NOT OVERREACH. Keep proper footing and balance at all times when

assembling this product. It is recommended that two people lift and position this product.

9. STAY ALERT. Watch what you are doing at all times. Use common sense.

Do not assemble this product when you are tired or distracted from the job at hand.

uNPACKING

When unpacking this product check to make sure that all parts are included as shown in the parts list. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number below.

ASSEMBLY INSTRuCTIONS

NOTE: All parts below refer to the parts listed on page 15 of this manual. Because of

STEP 2

See the sticker “Front” on the Shelf (B) and Cross Brace (C) and Shelf (D). This

sticker must be positioned at the front of the Table. Use Screws H to attach, using Hex Wrench O. See Figure 1B.

Table Assembly:

See the sticker “Front” on the Shelf (B) and Cross Brace (C). This sticker must be positioned at the front of the Table. Use Screws H to attach, using Hex Wrench O. See

Position the two Legs (F1, F2) and Parts B, C, & D so that the “Front” sticker on

each part faces the front of the Table. Use Screws H to attach, using Hex Wrench O.

Attach the Back Panel (E) to the Table’s Side Leg assemblies and the Shelf (D). Use Screws H and the Hex Wrench O. See Figure 3.

Assemble the Vise (N) with Washer and Screw (M) to the Top (A) as shown in Figure 4.

STEP 6

Place the Table Top (A) face down on the floor that has a smooth surface. Match up the pre-drilled holes of the assembled Legs (F1 and F2). Secure with Screws (I) using Hex Wrench O. Turn the Table right side up. Position it in your choosen location, using two people to lift the Table. See Figure 5.

Assemble each Drawer by sliding the Drawer Bottom (G3) into the grooves in Drawer the Sides (G1), (G2), Drawer Front (G4) and Drawer Back (G5). Note: Felt side of Bottom Drawer (G3) is positioned UP. See Figure 6.

STEP 8

Slide each Drawer into place along the guide rails of the Shelf (B) assembly. Flip up the Drawer Stop at the back of each Drawer to prevent it from falling when pulled out too far. Caution: Do not overload the Drawers. See Figure 8.

Harbor Freight Tools Co. makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of one year from the date of purchase (90 days if used by a professional contractor or if used as rental equipment). This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, neg-ligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, normal wear and tear, or to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.

To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return repaired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
