Hardware Redundancy
All The Genio Group Kerio Connect servers run in a multi-core multi-server Mac OSX Unix environment. If any one server in a cluster experiences a hardware failure, the Kerio
Connect servers operating on that hardware will automatically be moved to another server to keep as close 100% up-time as possible.
Archiving and Backup
We maintain a minimum of 2 weeks of full system backups, rotated each week. If a mailbox needs to be restored, they can be restored to the last backup point from the previous nights backup.
