• and outside Germany  in Europe mostly centralized via GWO / EWEA

The TREos‐work is presently on hold!

• main stakeholders (operators, authorities, insurances) are not / seldom  participating (exception BWVI in HH & Havariekomando)

• providers are acting individually

• extreme concentration on health & safety

 with a recommendable solution via GWO‐proposal
