MonsterMarketplace Tutorial

Summary

All MonsterCommerce clients are given the opportunity to submit their storefront to the

MonsterMarketplace shopping directory for FREE. If

your store meets the submission guidelines, you will receive an approval e-mail with a link to your store landing page within MonsterMarketplace. Once accepted, you will have the ability to edit and add information to enhance your store's listing. Enhancing your store listing is a great way to inform your customers of things such as payment options, shipping options, store hours, store location, etc. If you are not already listed in MonsterMarketplace, you can submit your site here.

To access your MonsterMarketplace account information, go to Operations tab >> from your Home page, and click on the “Manage Your Listings” link. If you would like to submit your store to be listed, click on the “MonsterMarketplace” link to access the submission form.

Home Tab

Overview

After your store has gone live in MonsterMarketplace, you will have access to the "Account Management" screen via a link on your control panel. The first page you see will be the "Home" tab. This tab contains general

information about your store listing and the category and subcategory your store has been placed in. The highlighted tab represents your location. Clicking on the other tabs will take you to their respective pages within the MonsterMarketplace Account Manager. The "Home Tab" will always be the first page you see when accessing your MonsterMarketplace

General Information

• Store Name - This is the keyword name you entered when submitting your site. It is also the name for your store listing.

• Store URL - This is the URL of the website for this listing.

• Your Listing URL - This is the URL of your store landing page within MonsterMarketplace. Clicking on the link will take you to your store listing.

• Date Approved - Date your store was approved and activated.

• Total Hits - This is the total number of hits to your store received as a result of your listing in MonsterMarketplace.

• Total click-Through - This is the total number of clicks any of your items have received from your store listing in MonsterMarketplace.

Account Info Tab

Overview

The Account Info tab gives you the ability to display store-related information on your

MonsterMarketplace landing page. You can enter all, or none, of the information you wish to display. Any fields you do not complete will not be displayed to shoppers. Information such as store hours, customer services info and other special features your site has to offer shoppers can be entered here to be displayed in MonsterMarketplace.

Account Info Sections

Manage Your Store Business Profile - The first section you see when you access this tab is the Business Profile section. It displays the current status of your business profile and gives you the option to publish your profile so that others may see it.

The rest of the page contains the information that will be included in your business profile, divided into eight separate sections. These are described below.

• Address Info - This section is where you can add, modify or delete your business address.

• Customer Service Info - This section shows when customer service is available, what type of customer service you offer, and contact information for customer service issues.

• Phone Order Info – This section allows you to let your customers know whether or not you will accept orders over the phone.

• Available Payment Options – This section allows you to choose the payment options to let your customers know how they can pay for their purchase on your storefront.

• Available Shipping Options – This section gives you the option to show customers the shipping options you offer on your storefront.

• Special Features – This section can give your customers information on additional services you may offer, such as a money-back guarantee, live online support, free shipping, etc.

• Return Policy – This section gives your customers information on your policies if they need to return or exchange an item from your store.

• Tax Applicability – This section contains a list of all states with checkboxes. By checking a box for a state, you can show your customers the states for which you will charge state sales tax.

Click Reports Tab

Overview

The Click Reports tab enables you to track the overall performance of your

MonsterMarketplace store landing page. In this tab, you can find information about your MonsterMarketplace store conversions, conversion rate and other cumulative stats for MonsterMarketplace referrals and product views. You can also find information on the number and dollar amount of sales you have received in the past 24 hours from your store listing.

Overview

This tab gives you access to the merchant FAQs and the

MonsterMarketplace Terms of Service. Before you contact support, be sure to check for new FAQs. The FAQs are updated on a monthly basis to ensure that your questions are answered as quickly as possible. If you are unable to find the answer you are looking for in the FAQs, please contact support directly.
