Please find attached information pursuant to questions 1a and 1b of your request. The data provides details of Process and Collision incidents at the location in question with also the junctions, where stated. We are however unable to comment on the Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) and Traffic Offences Report (TORs) tickets for the exact location (that is if the incident occurred at a
junction/s of the location) as there is not enough information on the tickets to identify that.

TFL is working in conjunction with the MPS and City of London Police on Community Roadwatch. This road safety initiative aims to reduce speeding in
residential areas. Community Roadwatch will be in all London boroughs by the end of March 2016.
TFL Community Roadwatch gives local residents the opportunity to work side by side with their local police teams, and use speed detection equipment to identify speeding vehicles in their communities. Warning letters are issued where
appropriate, and the information captured helps to inform the future activity of local police teams.

There has been Community Roadwatch operations in Hayes Lane however not at the junction you have referred to in your request. A speed limit of 40mph is in operation in Hayes Lane, Kenley CR8, between the junctions of Fenmore Road and Old Lodge Lane in the Metropolitan Police area. Standard Operation
Procedure of RoadWatch states that Roadwatch events must only take place on roads subject to a 30mph speed limit.
Since The Community Roadwatch Scheme commenced in August 2015,1852 advisory letters have been sent to motorists and of those 114 were sent to addresses within the CR8 postcode area.
