This flexible MFP is a fully-networked, multifunctional device with intuitive

and efficient features including scanning, document archival, fax forwarding

to an internal HDD User Box or F-code support for secure faxing. Scanning supports

PDF, TIFF or JPEG file formats. Compact PDF compresses color PDFs for easier

e-mail distribution while reducing network congestion. The User Box Utility efficiently

stores, manages and password protects up to 3,000 documents or 9,000 pages.

Account Tracking monitors and manages the flow of information whether print,

copy, scan or fax. Multiple users can be added to accounts for tracking based on

department or project. The cm4520 has total media flexibility with envelope,

post-card, OHP transparency and heavy stock throughput. Up to 140lb. index can be

loaded into all drawers and automatically duplexed. It’s just
