And the Caribbean, Subregional Headquarters Port-of-Spain, Trinidad 06/2011 – 08/2011 Research Intern

• Principal investigator of a study on the state of social pensions and public health in the English-speaking Caribbean with detailed case study analysis of 2 Caribbean countries. • Conducted interviews with government officials as well as United Nations sub-divisions

such as the International Labour Organization (ILO); data compilation and analysis, and documented a manuscript.

• Principal investigator of a mixed-model research study on culture’s influence in shaping the perceptions of mental health in Trinidad.

• Constructed surveys, conducted interviews, data input and analysis using SPSS and documented a manuscript
