2008-2009 SCHOOL ORAL HEALTH PROGRAM

The following is a list of local School Oral Health Programs (SOHP), supported with funding from the Oral

Health Program and their respective program directors. This list is current as of November 2008. Although

the number of children participating in each local program is usually high, not all children participate in the

fluoride mouthrinse or sealant components. If you have any questions about the SOHP, please contact the

R = FLUORIDE RINSE (weekly .2% sodium fluoride rinse)

T = FLUORIDE TABLET (daily 2.2mg. sodium fluoride - 1mg. fluoride

tablet for grades 1-6) and 0.5mg. Fluoride for kindergarten)
