Shared ownership offers a great way to help you get on the property ladder if you are unable to buy a home outright. You buy a share of the property, which is typically between 25% and 75% of the market value and then pay subsidised rent on the remaining share which is owned by A2Dominion. Over time you can buy more shares until you own the property outright or you can sell at any time.
