MH-0 1 English brief Manual.docx Geprüft: Jürgen Limbach Freigabe: Andre Rumpff This compact manual (MH) shall give a comprehensive review of our company and its policy as well as of the structure of our quality and environmental system and in-terrelations within our processes to staffers, customers, suppliers and other interest-ed parties. So it is to be usinterest-ed as information and management tool.
Processes shown in its context in the manual’s process map are specified in detail in the process specifications (PB) taking into account all obejctives that are rele-vant to quality and environment. Here, importance is particularly attached to specify-ing process sequences as well as to reciprocal effects they may have. We distin-guish between management processes, core processes and support processes. From one or more inputs each process then again produces in value-adding steps one or more outputs.
In case that the sequences specified in MH and PB are to be stated more precisely or, written regulations are advisable, stipulated or necessary, the responsible de-partment will prepare operation instructions and forms.

Business Policy
4.1
Our Business Philosophy
It is our objective to safeguard the future for our staffers and for our company itself. This objective shall be achieved by means of a continuous but cautious growth.
Human beings are ranking first: as staffers, as customers and suppliers.
What we expect from our staffers is willingness to perform as well as an entrepre-neurial way of thinking. It is them who are both creative and executing part of our quality , environmental management and energy system.
We are in a continuous improvement process by dealing with problems in an open-minded, partnerlike and solution-oriented manner. Here we focus on identification and prevention of possible faults in order to avoid necessary corrections ex post.
Jobs we have been entrusted with are dealt with care and responsibility in a short period of time.
We supply quality: Our customers get the items they ordered on schedule, at a rea-sonable price and with all specified technical properties.
Environmentally-friendly use of resources is a particular quality feature we pay at-tention to in an anticipatory manner beyond legal requirements.
