SCHOOL ACTIONS
A. New School Approval:
• American University (Online), Washington, DC - American University was incorporated by the government of the District of Columbia in 1891, chartered by an Act of Congress in 1893, and founded under the auspices of the United Methodist Church. The university's first building was completed in 1898; its first class graduated in 1916. American University is an independent coeducational university with more than 11,000 students enrolled.
• Central Christian College of Kansas (Online), McPherson, KS - Founded 1884, through residential programs and global online learning environment, Central Christian College is dedicated to
providing a Christ-centered education for character.
• Northcentral University (Online), Prescott Valley, AZ - Northcentral University provides professionals worldwide access to higher education. All faculty have earned doctoral degrees, primarily from regionally accredited U.S. universities, and use a distinctive One-to-One teaching model, the Oxford Model, which gives students individualized, substantive feedback through every course of their degree program.

• Patricia Chirchirill v. Anthem College – Brookfield, 1/23/2013, The EAB facilitated Ms. Paugh, Campus President, making contact with Ms. Chirchirillo and having Anthem Career Services making her placement a priority. Career Services has continued to work with and assist Ms. Chirchirillo in her job search.
• Jeffener Grafwallner v. Everest College, 1/10/2013, Campus President Johnson assigned Career Services Director Sonia Riecan to work with Ms. Grafwallner. Ms. Grafwallner continued to be disappointed in the lack of viable jobs leads and enrolled in an associate degree program at Anthem College.
• Aquillas L. Scott v. Everest, 1/11/2013, Everest Campus President Johnson placed the male massage therapy student in a different class as Ms. Scott requested. She is finishing her massage therapy program.
