The Greater Chicago Midwest Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (GCM HERC) is a regional chapter of a national non-profit consortium of forward-looking colleges, universities, non-profit organizations, and research institutes all committed to gaining access to best, brightest, and most diverse applicant pools possible. Our members collaborate in dual-career hiring situations, and come together to learn leading-edge practices that keep their institutions compliant with new policies and hiring regulations. GCM HERC actively markets the midwest region to top-quality job seekers looking for faculty, staff, and executive positions.
