I have 19 years of experience in managing and coordinating between 9 and 25 national and international staff. I worked 2 years with the National Assembly as Office Head of the Information and Library, 11 years with STAR Kampuchea as Executive Director, and 5 years with Forum Syd as Program Manager and Program Coordinator, and recently as Country Director of Cord Cambodia.
