Testimonies

« Before the programme I was the Head of Risk Analysis in a foreign bank in Algeria. After 4 years, I thought it was the right moment to acquire more in-depth knowledge in Finance and be more internationally oriented in my career. I chose the MSc. in Finance at Rouen Business School for various reasons. It is a very international programme, taught through English with a multicultural exposure; it provides good preparation for the CFA exam, and also because of the reputation of the school and its tremendous graduate network all over the world.

After the programme I would like to join a well-known investment bank. »

Fahim Bachouche, SGBIC

Class 2009 - algeria

« After my Bachelor in management and marketing, I decided to specialise in finance, and to find a job in this field of activities. Rouen Business School particu-larly retained my attention with its Master of Science programme in Finance, by providing its students with the necessary knowledge and understanding of the financial world as it is today, while providing the tools required to bring it to the next level and shape tomor-row’s financial world. By next year this programme will allow me to apply for several jobs such as banking and investment or risk management and corporate res-tructuring. Indeed, these are the jobs that our national businesses need today more than ever if we want to avoid the mistakes of the past and move forward. »

Samuel Sophie, Banque de France

Class 2009 - FranCe

« After a first master in International affairs and a year working as a project manager, I decided to specialise in Finance to go one step further with financial knowledge. Rouen Business school caught my interest because its programmes were internationally oriented. To be French in such a programme has been an amazing opportunity. I have had the chance to meet and study with people from over 7 nationalities; our classes were a melting pot of cultures.

While providing the necessary tools to unders-tand the financial world of today, it taught me to think beyond outside the box. In a globalised world where the economy is more than ever stress tested, I am able to apply for several jobs such as Structured Finance, Corporate restructuring, Debt rating Analysis and Cash Management.

All these jobs are in a key point of tomorrow’s finance and we need them to move forward. »

Fabien Rozier, MERSEN (internship)

Class 2010 - FranCe
