Established in 1960 as a train derailment response company, Hulcher Services now
has teams and equipment located throughout North America. Personnel are ready to
provide emergency restoration services for private industries, municipalities and
federal agencies in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Our specialists are trained and equipped to evaluate and manage emergencies.
Customer service personnel are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ready to
take your call. Once the call is received, we gather information about the incident to
determine our method of response. A Hulcher professional team is on its way within
60 minutes.

ulcher Services Inc. is one of the nation’s largest general contractors for the railroad industry with divisions throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.Top-of-the-line personnel and equipment ensure that emergency interruptions of railroad operations are minimized and handled in a safe and effective manner.
In addition, Hulcher is experienced and equipped to assist with railroad engineering projects that include removal and installation of track panel, switches, diamonds and retarders. Hulcher Services Inc. maintains a fleet of specialized equipment tailored to service the railroad industry.
Components of this fleet include:

QUIPMENTRegardless of the type or scope of emergency, Hulcher has the appropriate equipment for an immediate response. A fleet of over 500 pieces of heavy construction equipment is strategically located throughout North America. All equipment is maintained to exacting standards to ensure that it is ready to roll at a moment’s notice.
Equipment includes hi-rail equipped vacuum trucks and emergency response trailers, as well as environmental remediation trailers containing supplies and apparatus unique to hazardous material situations. The trailers are stocked at all times with all levels and varieties of personal protective items, sample collection tools, containers and hazardous clean-up supplies. In addition, the trailers are fully self-contained electrical supply generators, providing power during extended projects in remote locations. On-board office space in each trailer includes communications equipment and workbenches to support project control.

ROFESSIONALS
TAFFHulcher employees are trained to respond to hazardous materials incidents through a continuous training program for all of our field personnel. Every new employee is trained with a hazardous materials awareness course and is continually provided with an annual refresher course, including HAZWOPER training in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120 and 29 CFR 1910.146. The Hulcher National Training Center is located in Fort Worth, Texas.
Our staff demonstrates a diversity of knowledge that can be combined to provide a solution to every type of problem. Staff disciplines include experienced environmental professionals, project managers, safety specialists and hazmat-trained supervisors. Our response team utilizes each of these disciplines to provide the most effective actions with the experience to handle your emergency.

ulcher Transfer Services combines 30 years of expertise in transfer and salvage recovery with one of the most extensive networks of people and equipment.Regardless of the need, Hulcher Transfer Services is prepared to assist you in any emergency or non-emergency requirement. We have also invested in specialized equipment, such as portable self-contained pneumatic conveyors, hi-rail vacuum trucks and telescoping forklifts, to respond quickly to the most remote areas.

ulcher’s Mobile Command Center offers a complete “state-of-the-art” communication and office facility that can be mobilized to any disaster location. The Mobile Command Center is self-contained with telephone hookups, satellite TV, copier, fax machine, microwave and the entire unit is climate controlled.The Mobile Command Center is equipped with a meeting room for 10 individuals and workstations for up to 8 people. The command center allows for a dedicated centralized office for incident command functions that are critical to control these complex problems.
