3. Private accommodation / apartment sharing
Private accommodation is also a great way to feel at home in a new city right away. These facilities can NOT be booked via the Munich Tourist board.
Your opportunities range from a studio apartment to a furnished apartment or one to sublet. A „Mitwohnzentrale“ (agency for co-ordinating apartment sharing) is a privately operated business service which charges commission for locating and arranging accommodations. The commission is based on the rent and the length of stay.
