II Day:Buffet Breakfast.TOUR INSIDE FERRARI MYTHJourney through the cult of the Maranello: The Museum, the Factory and the Fiorano TrackPick-up at 09.30am – drop off at 02.30pm directly at the Bologna Art Hotel reserved. This program allows you to visit theMuseo Ferrariin Maranello (guided tour not included). The Museum is divided into themed areas designed to fulfill the expectations of

enthusiasts of all kinds, from motor racing fans to expert historic car enthusiasts and even those who admire the Prancing Horse as an icon of Italian design, exclusivity and technology. At the end of the visit,“Factory Tour”(private shuttle bus and Italian/English language guide included). A Museum guide will introduce visitors to the various characteristics and features of the circuit where Ferrari has done its road and

competition car testing since 1972, and to the Ferrari Factory, sets on Viale Enzo Ferrari, where the Prancing Horse cars are built. Return to Bologna in the afternoon and Overnight in Bologna.

III Day:Buffet Breakfast and check out.Half day cooking class “travelling through the Italian cooking tradition”. A “trip” into the Bolognese best tradition with lunch or dinner to explore Bolognese cooking from homemade pasta to classical entrees.

Program:

Pick-up at 07.00am – drop off around 04.00pm directly at the Bologna Art Hotel reserved.

Venture out on a morning excursion to a cheese factory, there you will meet Alessandro, where you will see all the working steps in the production ofParmigiano Reggiano DOP(floors can be wet, be advised) the world’s most famous artisanal cheese made only here in the Emilia-Romagna countryside. This special part of the tour takes us to an factory where they have invested their entire lives in maintaining the quality and tradition of this fantastic product. You will have the rare opportunity to witness the entire process, from the early morning delivery of the milk from local farmers to the crafting of the curds by the master cheesemaker “BIG CHEESE” to the final aging process. (You’ll also see a Parmigiano “bank”, storing millions of this

incomparable cheese!) At the end of the visit you will enjoy “The Breakfast of the Champions” with glass or two of good, dry Lambrusco, and, of course, plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese. Afterwards you can buy Parmigiano—aged for 13 or 25 months—for a quarter of the price you pay back home. (floors can be wet, be advised).

VENICE, The most famous Lagoon

Venice is made of six districts or Sestieri. Join us in this tour through four of them, San Marco, Castello and Cannaregio on the right side of the Canal and San Polo with Rialto on the left side.

We start in a grand style walking through the Piazza S. Marco and get acquainted with Venice’s greatest buildings, the Doge’s palace past centre of Government and the nine centuries old byzantine Basilica. Let’s get inside and admire its stunning decoration of ancient marbles and mosaics. We continue later walking in the unique urban texture made of narrow alleyways, small campi and picturesque canals. Be ready to admire a series of imposing palaces and impressive churches ending the tour with the great view of the Grand canal from the top of the Rialto Bridge, just a few steps away from the market area.

FLORENCE, Capital of Renaissance

This tour allows you to visit the most remarkable sites of the town in a half day walking tour.

We start with the Accademy to admire the original David and the Four Slaves by Michelangelo (about 45 minutes). Then we continue with an Orienting Walking Tour which includes the district of Santa Croce, famous for the church known as “the Pantheon of the Italian Glories” owning to the fact that many illustrious Italian are buried here (Michelangelo, Galilei, Rossini, Macchiavelli) We continue through the historical centre: the Cathedral, The Baptistery, Giotto Bell-tower, Dome by Brunelleschi, new Market, Old Bridge, Signoria Square and finally the Uffizi Gallery to admire its highlights: Giotto, Masaccio, Botticelli and others (about one hour and a half).
