ABOUT US
Founded in 2004 in Melbourne Victoria, Corporate Coffee Solutions now operates in three states including Queensland and New South Wales. The business was acquired in 2013 by Beverage Marketing Australia which is owned by Miko Belgium.
Established in 1801, the Miko Group is a vertically integrated group, which in 2012 achieved a consolidated turnover of 138.50 million EUR with 700 employees.
The Belgian ‘model’ of the typical Miko coffee service was subsequently exported abroad through take-overs. At present Miko owns and
manages coffee service subsidiaries in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Australia. Coffee service currently represents 50.9% of the consolidated turnover.
Corporate Coffee Solutions and its partners also blend and roast coffee under their two main brands “Natural Bean” and “Red Earth” coffee. Having control over the coffee roasting process allows us to produce coffee that best suits the types of machines we market to clients. Not all coffee is the same so it’s important to know and understand how particular coffee reacts in different machines.
In addition to our own locally roasted coffee, we also supply a range of coffee blends from some of Australia’s most popular brands such as Genovese and Vittoria coffee as well as Italy’s favourite coffee “Lavazza”.

Although we pride ourselves on having an unparalled range of automatic coffee machines for all applications, we also have an extensive
range of instant coffee, filtered coffee, tea, chai, sugar, paper cups and accessories.
OUR SERVICES
We know and understand how important it is to have a properly cleaned and maintained coffee machine. Our technical service department has three full-time technicians on the road to respond to service calls promptly. We can even schedule maintenance work in at times that best suits our client’s needs.

THE RED EARTH STORY
In 2010 we created the brand Red Earth coffee with a specific mission in mind. We wanted to produce our own coffee to give something back to the community, so we approached the McGrath Foundation and joined the Corporate Partner Program. Realising companies weren’t simply going to buy our coffee because we support the McGrath Foundation we needed to make sure we had control over the coffee roasting process to ensure it was made with love and care.
What we succeeded in doing was to create four distinct coffee blends: > Grampians > Pinnacles
> Blue Mountains > Daintree
Each with their own unique name (taken from iconic Australian landmarks) that we believe taste as good as anything we’ve tried. In addition to the great taste, we (with the help of our clients) have raised over $5,000 to support breast care nurses across Australia.
How do we do this? 25 cents from every kilo of Red Earth Coffee we sell is donated to the McGrath Foundation.
THE PURO STORY
Our parent company (Miko Belgium) also roasts and produces coffee under the Puro brand. In the last 50 years, more than half of the world’s tropical forest has been cleared. More than 100 rainforest species become extinct every day, many of which are yet to be discovered.
At Puro we see no sense in industrial growth at the expense of the community and the welfare of our planet. We aim to assist in every small way in halting the deforestation of our planet and are proud to have teamed up with the World Land Trust to assist in making it an economic reality.
The World Land Trust is a UK based land conservation charity whose patron is Sir David Attenborough. The World Land Trust conserves biodiversity by protecting threatened habitats and in co-operation with local partners and communities, helps to ensure they are managed sustainably.
Money from each bag of Puro coffee sold goes towards buying and protecting areas of rainforest vital for biodiversity in coffee producing countries. To date, consumers of Puro coffee have enabled the following: > 10178 acres of rainforest to be bought and protected
> 14 new species to be discovered and named by science (one tree, 12 orchids and one frog) and one guard (Luis) to be employed full time to protect the reserve in Ecuador from poachers and loggers. OTHER PRODUCTS
We have applied the same people and planet principles used to source our coffee to other complimentary products. Together with our Fairtrade coffee blends, we also have Puro Fairtrade teas and Fairtrade hot chocolate along with all the other essentials.

PURCHASE
Purchasing a coffee machine can give you freedom to choose a coffee supplier if you don’t want to be locked into one company. It can also give you flexibility to decide what kind of service and maintenance program you need and how much you want to spend on it.
Although the average life span of an automatic coffee machine is approximately 48 months, we have many clients that purchased their machine and are still using the machine eight years later.
Every company has a different policy on whether a coffee machine should be regarded as a depreciating asset or an expense so the best advice we can give is to consult your finance department before making a decision.
If you’re a company that likes to change products often and prefer to have the “latest technology”, then purchasing a coffee machine is probably not the right option for you.
RENT
Renting is sometimes known as an “operating lease” and is the most common method of acquiring a coffee machine for a business. The benefit of this type of agreement is that it allows you flexibility to determine how long you want to use the coffee machine before upgrading to something new. Since you never actually “own” the machine, all service costs are carried by us. Therefore it provides some certainty in managing your expenses because all you pay for is the coffee you consume and the cleaning products required to operate the machine.
We provide a choice between an 18 month rental option or a 36 month rental option. Since the average life span of a coffee machine is
approximately 48 months this option enables you to hand the machine back and select a brand new machine that may be better suited to your needs at the time.
In addition, the rental payment is expensed through the business as an operating cost and therefore not classified as an asset.

Miko Brewmatic 151 TH PP
The Miko Airpot pouch pack coffee system is ideally suited for any office, business, hospitality centre or boardroom. The added advantage of the pouch pack system means that there is no need to use additional filters. The Miko pouch as a unique filter and ground coffee with just enough coffee to fill one 2.2 litre airpot. Additional air pots can be used to transport large quantities of
coffee to different rooms.
Miko Brewmatic 151 T
The Miko Brewmatic drip filter system is designed to suit lower volume locations where coffee on demand is required. It can brew a jug of coffee in 7 minutes and keep a second pot hot using the hot plate on top of the machine. No water connection is necessary as you simply fill the machine with cold water before brewing each jug. The machine uses Miko pouch pack ground coffee so need to use separate filter papers.
