End-User Case Study

An end user will present a case study of how he tackled unified communications, the process he followed to deploy technology, and how he worked with his organization’s end users to seamlessly integrate unified communications into the day-to-day work environment.

Join Cisco, Microsoft and industry experts as they address the latest issues related to conferencing, collaboration and unified communications. Attend the luncheon to learn, ask questions and challenge the panelists.

In this session our panel will describe some new work environments and policies that have been a great success for many organizations.

Visual Collaboration in the Cloud – Choreographing the Event

Organizations adopting cloud services are looking to add real-time communications into that fold. This session will address the pros and cons of putting video in the cloud, explain what you need to know in order to do so effectively, and will look at the most recent offerings in this space.

Understanding B2B Video Communications

Video communications is no longer cumbersome to use and/or experimental new technology prone to failure! Come and explore the results of a 2013 Forrester study with a panel of Open Video Communications Consortium (OVCC) experts and learn about the barriers to video B2B adoption and how the OVCC is addressing these issues.

Unified Communications & Collaboration Roadmap

A successful unified communications (UC) strategy has been nearly impossible to achieve – until now. It’s elusive because UC means different things to different people. This session will look at the successes and pitfalls of UC implementation and how to achieve that right blend.

State of Collaboration Tools Lunch & Learn: What Do We Have, How Is It Working,

What Do We Need?

In this panel discussion you’ll hear from end users and industry experts on what they experience on a day-to-day basis 17 years after the term unified communications was launched. What are they able to rely on? What should our industry’s priorities be? Learn firsthand examples of achievable successes and avoidable pitfalls.

Clearing Video Collaboration Adoption Hurdles

Strategies and tactics to ensure fast, wiranging adoption of collaboration technologies. Discuss how the de-ployment of video and collaboration technology can be much more successful when organizations follow a detailed adoption plan. Dimension Data’s Mitchell Hershkowitz will walk attendees through the specific steps of a successful collaboration adoption program and will be joined by guest panelists who have experienced successful collaboration adoption programs.

WebRTC – Important Trend or Hype Engine

While WebRTC represents some excellent concepts to drive ubiquity and compatibility, the promise and the reality are miles apart.
