The month of October was full of excitement. The top twelve events, "The Galfer Dozen" is a brief recap of the past month's events.

#11 Galfer USA Mountain Bike Rotors and Pads Now Available

Known for our premium braking products around the world, Galfer has now launched a full line of mountain bike rotors and pads in the United States. Ask your local bike shop for more information about Galfer Performance Braking Systems for you mountain bike.


#10 “The Fastest Fax in All the Land”

After years of “Copy Load Letter” and barely legible faxes, the powers that be broke down, just before the old fax machine did, and purchased the sales office a new fax machine. The machine, dubbed “The Fastest Fax in all the Land” is fully functional and ready to send and receive faxes.



#9 Justin Brayton – Red Bull Straight Rhythm

Making the jump from Yamaha to KTM seemed to be a great move for Justin Brayton who made it to the finals of the Red Bull Straight Rhythm. Braking was a key component in this race and Justin’s Galfer equipped BTO Sports/ WPS/ KTM performed well. Check out the winning runs here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mrwkGWS3ePE


#8 Primm WORCS Race

The WORCS series was exciting this year and Galfer was well represented at each race as a series sponsor. Galfer Trackside support was also at many of the events including the final round in Primm, NV. Our very own warehouse master, Garrett Lilly, raced taking the top step of the podium. Noah Fowler took 3rd overall for the season in his first year with Galfer support. Nice job guys.


#7 New ABS Applications

The Galfer R&D Department has been working hard at engineering new applications. Galfer has more offering than any other company when it comes to ABS applications. Here’s a list of the new ABS steel braided line applications:

• 2014-15 Suzuki DL 1000 VStrom ABS • 2014 Kawasaki ZX14 ABS


• 2013-14 Kawasaki ZX6R ABS

• 2013 Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 Voyager ABS

#6 Mod Your Grom… Your Honda Grom

Galfer makes a full line of Honda Grom braking components including lines, pads, and rotors. This month we had a deal that will continue through November. #5 AIMExpo

Like many in the motorcycle industry, Galfer USA participated in this year’s AIMExpo in Orlando, FL. The booth was set up to offer dealers and distributors the trackside support experience that Galfer is known for at street and off-road races around the country. The show was a huge success and we look forward to returning in 2015.


#4 Galfer USA x Monster Energy Cup

While half of our crew was on the east coast, the other half was in Vegas for the Monster Energy Cup. Galfer supports a large number of teams in the paddock. #3 Jason Anderson Wins in Sweden

In some off-season racing, Rockstar Energy Husqvarna’s Jason Anderson traveled across the pond to compete in the 24MX

Supercross event in Stockholm Sweden. Jason, grabbed a FC450 from Husky Europe and managed to take the top step of the podium giving a glimpse into just how well the former 250 champion can throw down on a 450. Learn more about his win

#2 MX Dream Bikes KX250F Bike Build

Casey Huntley and the guys over at MX Dream Bikes built a very tasty Kawasaki KX250F with a ton of aftermarket performance parts including front and rear Galfer Wave® Rotors.
