Terms and Conditions for online bookingORANGE AIR CARGO For online booking it is essential to register your details to get all facilities. We recommend our customer or agent to fill in an online booking form correctly before start booking your parcel or goods; ITALY Cargo will not take any liability for inaccurate information provided. After booking your parcel, ITALY Cargo will produce final invoice which you may collect by logging in to your online account. The agents of the ITALY Cargo are required to book online for collection of goods/cargo or delivery to outside the ITALY. Without payment customer will not receive final invoice and goods or parcel will not depart from ITALY. Credits agents within 7 days of credit limit, must pay the bill in full after 7 days to become creditable. If payments are not been received on time“Cargo Management” will suspend agents account.
The following terms and conditions are applied to all customers/agents.
1) ORANGE Air Cargo accepts the goods herein described as apparent in order (except as noted). In tendering the shipment, shipper agrees with the terms and conditions of this contact, and those terms and conditions set forth as most recent ORANGE Air Cargo’s standard trading conditions, each of which will be deemed to be incorporated in and to be a condition of any agreement whether written, oral or implied by the ORANGE Air Cargo. ORANGE Air Cargo’s standard trading conditions are available for inspection at any ORANGE Air Cargo’s office and are hereby expressly incorporated by reference. No agent, employee or representative of Bangladesh office “Cargo Management” has authority to alter modify or waive any provision of these conditions or said Standard Trading Conditions. The invalidity of any provision of this contract shall not affect any other part hereof.
2) ORANGE Cargo will only carry goods which are the property of the Shipper and the Shipper warrants that it is agreed to accept these conditions not only on its behalf but also on behalf of all other persons who are or who may thereafter become interested in the goods. The Shipper hereby undertakes to indemnify Cargo Management against any damages, loss, cost and expenses resulting from any breach of this warranty.
3) ORANGE CARGO shall not be liable for any loss, damage or non-delivery which not caused by its own negligence; alternatively any loss, damage non-delivery caused by the following reason:
• (i) the act, default or omission of the Shipper, Consignee, or any other party who claims any interest in the shipment AND the nature of the shipment or any defect, characteristic, or inherent vice thereof.
• (ii) Act of God, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority of law, or omissions of customs or quarantine officials, riot, strikes, civil commotions, hazards incident to a state of war, weather conditions, or delay of aircraft or other vehicles used in providing transportation services.(iii) Acts or omissions of any Carrier or other entity or person to whom a shipment is tendered by ORANGE Air Cargo for transportation, regardless of whether the Shipper requested or had knowledge of such third party delivery arrangement.
(iv) While ORANGE Air Cargo will endeavor to exercise its best efforts to provide an expeditious delivery in accordance with regular delivery schedules; however ORANGE Air Cargo will not be under any circumstances, be liable for delay in pick-up transportation or delivery of any shipment, regardless of the cause of the delay.
4) All complaints related to loss, damage or non-delivery of a parcel must be made at the time when customers will collect goods from the collection point, thereafter no complaint will be accepted, as such no action will be taken in relation to loss, damage and non-delivery of parcel.
5) Because of the nature of the service ORANGE Air Cargo’s liability for Courier shipments is limited to the actual amount of the losses are variable up to IN EURO 70.00 howeverever less is. If a liability limitation is required in excess of EURO 70.00 ORANGE Cargo requires the shipper to give prior notice in order for ORANGE Cargo to make alternative arrangements as provided for in Article 7 set forth below. If any parcel collected via third party courier service custom must have to declare the goods. The value of each parcel must not exceed in EURO 160.00 and weight of each parcel not exceeds 30KG and collection charge will be applied as authorised by the ORANGE Air Cargo. During collection period if parcel lost or damaged customer will not be entitled to claim not more than actual value of parcel and where more value of each parcel customer is required to declare the value of each parcel and additional charge will be applied to protect parcels as well as to cover the declare valued.
6) At the request of the Shipper and upon payment of additional charge therefore ORANGE Air Cargo will arrange insurance on behalf of the Shipper. The insurance coverage shall be governed by all of the terms and conditions contained in the policy of insurance issued by the insurance carrier. ORANGE Air Cargo shall in no event be responsible for said coverage or insurance carrier. Consequential damages and loss or damage resulting from delays in transportation are not covered by any such policy of insurance.
7) ORANGE Air Cargo is authorised (but shall be under no obligation) to advance any duties, taxes, or charges, and to make any disbursements with respect to the goods; the Shipper, Owner, and Consignee shall not be under any obligation to incur any expense or to make any advance in connection with the Shipment, including forwarding or re forwarding of the goods except against repayment by the Shipper. If it is necessary to make customs
entry of the goods at any place, the customs Consignee, or, if no such person were named, to the Carrier carrying the goods to such place or to such customs Consignee, if any, as such Carrier may designate. The Shipper guarantees payment of all charges and advances. If any item is not declared an additional charge will be applied during collection point. Moreover, if any prohibited items, suspicious or restrictions of goods are stopped by customs clearing officer ORANGE Air Cargo will not be responsible for that.
8) ORANGE Air Cargo shall have a lien on the goods for all freight charges, customs duties, advances or charges of any kind arising out of this contract of carriage and may refuse to surrender possession of the goods until such charges are paid.
9) Damage or shortage must be reported in writing to ORANGE Air Cargo or its agent during collection point and the shipment is placed at the disposal of the person entitled to delivery of the shipment, or in the event of non-delivery or claim within fourteen (14) days from the date of issue of the air waybill/shipping invoice. ORANGE Cargo must receive all claims from collection point from the date of the collection date. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, no cl aim for damage, shortage, or non-delivery will be entertained until all transportations charges are paid.
10 ORANGE Air Cargo does not accept hazardous, combustible or explosive materials, precious metals or stone in any form, negotiable securities, negotiable instruments, currency, un cancelled postage or revenue stamps, cashier cheques, passport, identity card, livestock or plants, or any perishable commodity, and in the event that any Shipper should tender such items to ORANGE Air Cargo, the Shipper shall indemnify ORANGE Air Cargo for all claims, damages and expenses arising in connection therewith and ORANGE Air Cargo shall have the right to deal with such items as it shall see fit, including the right to abandon Carriage of the same immediately upon having knowledge that such items have been tendered.
11) Except as otherwise specifically provided in this contract, delivery of the goods will be made only to the Consignee’s named on the face hereof. Notice of arrival of the goods, where required, will in the absence of other instructions be sent to the Consignee or the person to be notified by ordinary methods – ORANGE Air Cargo is not liable for non-receipt or delay in receipt of such notice.
12) ORANGE Air Cargo assumes no obligation to forward the goods by any specified Carrier or any particular route or to make connection at any point according to any particular schedule. ORANGE Air Cargo is hereby authorised to select or deviate from, the routes of shipment,
notwithstanding that the same may be stated on the face hereof.
13) The Shipper warrants that the shipment is packed to protect the enclosed goods and to insure safe transportation with ordinary care in handling and that each package is appropriately labeled and is in good order for Carriage. All shipments may, be opened and inspected.
14) The Shipper shall with all applicable laws, customs and other government regulations of any country to, from, through or over which the goods may be carried, including those relating to the packing, carriage or delivery of the goods, and shall furnish such documents as may be necessary to comply with such laws and regulations. ORANGE Air Cargo is not liable to the Shipper or any other person for loss or expense due to Shippers failure to comply with this provision.
15) Shipper agrees that ORANGE Air Cargo may accept the Air bill as a Shippers letter of instructions, authorizing ORANGE Air Cargo to act as Shipper’s agent for export control and customs purposes. ORANGE Air Cargo assumes no liability whatsoever for failure to act as Shippers agent as provided in this article.
These conditions of contract, and any interpretation or dispute arising there from, shall be made in accordance with, and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws and courts respectively of the ITALY.
Items that not covered by the ORANGE Air Cargo’s compensation policy
ORANGE AIR CRAGO compensation policy covers most of items or goods shipped through over services but there are some items that are not covered by our compensation policy. That means you can send these items listed below but at your own risk. Therefore, you would not be able to claim for any loss or damage to your goods.
The list goods are given below: (i) Precious metals and jewellery
(ii) Antique and high valued collectable items such as painting, artworks and souvenir
(iii) Money or anything that could be turned into money such as Credit Card, Bankers Drafts and Postal Orders (iv) Passport or travel documents and identity card
Goods excluded from compensation
1. In addition to list mentioned in paragraph 1 above, please be aware that there are certain goods and items are excluded from the parcel delivery compensation. The details of the goods are excluded from compensation are given below:
•
(i) Antiques (objects over 100 years old)•
(ii) Any dangerous, hazardous or prohibited goods•
(iii) Articles made largely or wholly of gold, silver or other precious metals•
(iv) Ceramics such as ornamental and decorative china, resin and porcelain•
(v) Diamonds and other precious stones•
(vi) Eggs in the event of damage•
(vii) Glassware - items partially or wholly made of glass or containing glass, e.g. picture frames that contain glass (In addition speak to ORANGE Air CARGO staff or Member to accept for the glass frame)•
(viii) Human and animal remains including ashes, other than those being sent for medical research. Those, which are sent for medical research, should be packaged to ensure no contamination. Limits on the types of service available and categories of claim are the same as for perishable goods•
(ix) Jewellery (except imitation)•
(x) Money - bankers drafts, current bank notes, currency notes or coins, credit cards, debit cards, uncrossed postal orders which do not state to whom they are to be paid, cheques or dividend warrants which are uncrossed and made payable to the bearer,bearer securities including share warrants, scripts or subscription certificates, bonds or relative coupons; unfranked postage or revenue stamps (except a revenue stamp embossed or impressed on an instrument which has been executed), coupons, vouchers, tokens, stamps, lottery tickets, scratch cards or similar items which can be exchanged by themselves or with any other item for money or goods or services, national insurance stamps, all tickets including travel and events

(xi) Musical instrument hard cases and suitcases when used as external packaging•
(xii) Negotiable documents, Real fur, Restricted goods, where the instructions have not been heeded•
(xiii) SIM cards, Stamps2. Perishable goods
When sending perishable goods, these must be able to withstand transit times of at least 48 hours. Claims for damage will not be accepted where goods have perished and the parcel was delivered within 48 hours.
3. Collectable items
Items, which have appreciated in value either due to their scarcity or due to their being out of production, are not excluded from cover. However, any loss of, or damage to, any collectable items shall be limited to the actual price paid for the collectable and shall not exceed the stated limits of compensation as set out on subject to the customer providing satisfactory written or printed evidence.
In the case of ceramics and glassware, we'll pay compensation for loss of parcels, but not damage to the items.
4. Dangerous or prohibited goods
1. ORANGE Air CARGO complies with strict transport regulations. We will not carry certain goods and substances. Please check these guidelines on prohibited goods before you arrange to dispatch your parcel.
ORANGE Air CRAGO does not carry any substances classified as dangerous goods by the United Nations (UN) and strictly complies with regulations/guidelines of the International Civil Aviation Organization’s (ICAO), Technical Instructions and Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), ITALY and the International Air Transport Association (IATA). All dangerous goods are prohibited
Dangerous goods are assigned to different classes depending on their predominant hazard. The United Nations (UN) classifies dangerous goods in the following classes and, where applicable, divisions:

5. Explanation Dangerous or prohibited goods
There are nine hazard classes, and the examples quoted below must not be taken as full lists of all dangerous goods. ORANGE Air CRAGO will not accept any other materials and products that may be hazardous to our handling staff.
Dangerous goods are defined as those goods that meet the criteria of one or more of the nine UN hazard classes. These classes relate to the type of hazard and are detailed below.
All restricted items and liquids should be packaged in good quality packaging that is of adequate strength for the purpose. They should be constructed and closed so as to prevent any leakage that might be caused under normal conditions of carriage within ORANGE Air Cargo delivery network by CARGO MANAGENT and other
delivery carrier services. Class - One: Explosives
Definition: Any chemical compound, mixture or device capable of producing an explosive-pyrotechnic effect, with substantial instantaneous release of heat and gas. All explosives are prohibited. Examples: Nitroglycerine; Fireworks; Blasting caps; Christmas Cracker Snaps; Igniters; Fuses; Flares; Ammunition, etc.
Class - Two: Gases compressed, liquefied or dissolved under pressure.
Definitions: Permanent gases which cannot be liquefied at ambient temperatures; liquefied gases, which become liquid under pressure at ambient temperatures; dissolved gases which are dissolved under pressure in a solvent.
• All flammable compressed gases are prohibited. Examples: Hydrogen; Ethane; Methane; Propane; Butane; Cigarette lighters; Gas Cylinders for camping stoves, blowlamps, etc.
• All toxic compressed gases are prohibited. Examples: Chlorine; Fluorine, etc.
• All non-flammable compressed gases are prohibited. Examples: Carbon Dioxide; Nitrogen; Neon; Fire Extinguishers containing such gases, etc.
• All aerosols are prohibited. Class - Three: Flammable Liquids
Definition: Liquids, mixtures of liquids, or liquids containing solids in solution or suspension that gives off a flammable vapor. Any liquid with a closed cup flash point below 60.5°C is prohibited. Examples: Acetone; Benzene; Cleaning Compounds; Gasoline; Lighter Fuel; Paint Thinners and Removers; Petroleum; Solvents, etc.
Class - Four: Flammable Solids
Definition: Substances liable to spontaneous combustion. Substances, which in contact with water, emit flammable gases. Solid materials those are liable to cause fire by friction, absorption of water, spontaneous chemical changes, or retained heat from manufacturing or processing, or which can be readily ignited and burn vigorously. Examples: Matches (any type inc. safety); Calcium Carbide; Cellulose Nitrate products; Metallic Magnesium; Nitro-cellulose based film; Phosphorous; Potassium; Sodium; Sodium Hydride; Zinc Powder; Zirconium Hydride, etc.
Class - Five: Oxidizing Substances and Organic Peroxides
Definition: Though not necessarily combustible themselves, these substances may cause or contribute to combustion of other substances. They may also be liable to explosive decomposition, react dangerously with other substances, and be injurious to health. All oxidizing substances and organic peroxides are prohibited. Examples: Bromides; Chlorates; Components of Fiberglass repair kits; Nitrates; Per chlorates; Permanganates; Peroxides, etc.
Class - Six: Toxic and Infectious Substances
Definition: substances liable to cause death or injury if swallowed or inhaled, or by skin contact. All toxic substances are prohibited. Examples: Arsenic; Beryllium; Cyanide; Fluorine; Hydrogen Serenade; Infectious substances containing micro-organisms or their toxins which are known to cause (or are suspected of causing) disease; Mercury; Mercury Salts; Mustard Gas; Nitrobenzene; Nitrogen Dioxide; Pesticides; Poisons; Rat Poison, etc. Pathogens in Risk Group 4 and selected Risk Group 3 pathogens listed in Schedule 9, part 5 of the latest edition of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations are prohibited. Examples: Clinical, environmental and medical waste; Ebola; Foot and Mouth disease.
Class - Seven: Radioactive Material
Definition: All materials and samples that are classified as radioactive using Table 2-12 of the latest edition of the International Civil Aviation Organizations Technical Instructions. Examples: Fissile Material; Radioactive Waste Material; Uranium or Thorium Ores, etc.
Class Eight: Corrosives
Definition: Substances which can cause severe damage by chemical action to living tissue, other freight, or the means of transport. All corrosive substances are prohibited. Examples: Aluminum Chloride; Caustic Soda; Corrosive Cleaning Fluid; Corrosive Rust Remover/ Preventative; Corrosive Paint Remover; Electric Storage Batteries; Hydrochloric Acid; Nitric Acid; Sulphuric Acid, etc.
Class - Nine: Miscellaneous Dangerous Goods
Definition: Substances which present dangers not covered elsewhere. Examples: Asbestos; Dry Ice (solid carbon dioxide); Magnetized Material with a magnetic field strength of 0.159 A/m or more at a distance of 2.1m from the outside of the parcel.

• • Prohibited unless they are no longer available for current use and therefore of value only as collectors' items • • Diagnostic Specimens
• • These must always be sent in packaging that complies with Packing Instructions 650 available from the DTI. The total sample volume/mass in any parcel shall not exceed 50ml/g.
• • Drugs (Controlled drugs may not be sent on any senditnow.com service. Those discovered in transit will be stopped, and handed to Customs or the Police, who may take legal action against the sender and/or addressee. Examples, Cocaine, Cannabis resin, LSD, Narcotics, Morphine, Opium, Psychotropic substances etc.)
• • Filth, foul or disgusting material is prohibited.
• • Indecent, obscene or offensive articles (Indecent, obscene or offensive communications, prints, photographs, books or other articles, and packets bearing grossly offensive, indecent or obscene words, marks or designs are prohibited. Those discovered in transit will be stopped and handed to Customs or the Police, who may take legal action against the sender and/or addressee.)
• • Infectious Substances. We will only accept infectious substances in Risk Groups 1,2 and 3. Samples known or suspected to contain infectious substances in Risk Group 4 are prohibited, as are selected Risk Group 3 pathogens listed in Schedule 3, part 5 of the latest edition of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health. All infectious substances must be sent in UN2814 or 2900 packaging as detailed in Packing Instructions 602 available from the CTI. The total sample volume/mass in any parcel shall not exceed 50ml/g.
Living Creatures:
Certain living creatures are accepted only if enclosed in packs constructed so as to prevent injury to ORANGE Air CRAGO s staff(s) or its agents or damage to other parcels.
The following living creatures are accepted:
• bees • silkworms • leeches and certain parasites • destroyers of noxious pests • insects sent to or from officially recognized institutions • mealworms • earthworms • caterpillars • rag worms • pupae and chrysalides • lugworms • maggots and fish fry and eggs. These items must be sent on a next day service.
Other Miscellaneous goods, items and articles
• Lottery Tickets: Tickets and related advertisements for illegal lotteries are prohibited. • Miscellaneous Manufactured Articles:
Goods made in foreign prisons, except those imported for a non-commercial purpose of a kind not manufactured in the ITALY , or those in transit, are prohibited.
• Misleading Endorsements and Parcels must not bear words, marks or designs that are unauthorized, or may reasonably lead the recipient to believe that the packet has been sent On Her Majesty's Service.
• Perishable Articles and Fresh fruit, meat, fish and other perishable articles should be able to withstand a journey of up to two days, and must be sent on a next day service as a minimum requirement. Packages must be clearly labeled PERISHABLE. Packages of fish should be smoked or chilled, and sealed in vacuum packs before consignment. In all cases they must be enclosed in adequate polystyrene containment to prevent contamination. It is the responsibility of the sender to package all perishable articles in such a manner that during transportation the contents are kept at an appropriate temperature that is unlikely to give rise to a risk to health.
• Prescription Drugs and Sent specifically for medical or scientific purposes, for example from a medical practitioner to a hospital, must contain the address of the sender in case of non-delivery, so that they may be returned without delay. The properties of these drugs must not meet any of the nine UN hazard classes listed within the prohibitions section when classified by the sender. Private individuals can, in emergencies, send prescription quantities provided they include their own address on the inside of the parcel.
• Sharp Objects (These items may only be parceled if they are packaged appropriately so that they do not represent a risk to employees, other parcels or recipients)
