London Leadership Academy is pleased to launch our 2016 Summit: Leadership Development

in Practice. Aimed at our practitioner community and those wanting to learn more about

leadership development. Free to attend, this is an exciting opportunity for health and social

care leaders.

The Summit will be highly interactive and offer delegates a wide range of workshops and

plenaries around four key subthemes.

Leading change within a single department is complex enough. As soon as you step beyond its boundaries either within the organisation or across a system, change success becomes entirely dependent on your ability to address 4 distinct dimensions of ENABLEMENT.
