Prof. Dr. Frank L. M. Aslam Mirza, CEngr, MBA, LMG, PMP

M. Aslam Mirza, CEngr, MBA, LMG, PMP; president and principal consultant of Integrated Management Services, serves as ISSLLC’s regional associate and managing director for the Africa, Middle East and Asia. With over 35 years of organizational and construction management, he is one of the foremost visionaries in project/program management who resides in Pakistan. Engr. Mirza, a management consultant having rich experience and exposure to support Business Sustainability and Growth practices; Organizational Project Management to support Capacity Building; and Competence Enhancement to help Excellence in business performance. The former managing director & CEO of Project Engineering Co. (Pvt) Ltd—a construction & engineering company is adept at consulting, corporate training, coaching & mentoring and challenges of construction business in Pakistan and abroad with multinational companies having served in capacities of project manager and projects executive.

Engr. Mirza, the past president of the Karachi-Pakistan Chapter of PMI (PMI-KPC), has participated in research & knowledge development with PMI, US; he has been a member of the task force for Standards since late 1998, for prime projects: Development of (OPM3®) Organizational Project Management Maturity Model and CMBOK an Extension for Construction.
