EVENT PREPARATION PACKAGE

BASIC PACKAGE

COST: £280

The starting point for exhibiting at PLASA 2015. Make sure you have the

basics covered so you can arrive at the show ready to do business.

1. Review and understand the event documentation,

(so you don’t have to). Normally includes; • The exhibitor manual

2. Remind you about deadlines and prices for: • Furniture

• Electrics/sockets • Flooring/Lighting

• Onsite catering for staff/visitors • Lead generation tools

• Staff exhibitor badges

3. Upload your company logo, contact details, company description and category selections to your page on the event website.

EMAIL BROADCAST PACKAGE

BASIC PACKAGE

COST: £450*

We will deliver HTML and simple text based email broadcasts about your

chosen exhibition on your behalf, to your prospect and customer data.

We can use your existing email client or provide a new account for the

duration of the campaign.

PLEASE NOTE:

Exhibitors must supply all contact data, accompanied by written approval for its use. All contact data will be held by Event Marketing Machine on a secure server and will be used solely for the purpose of email marketing on behalf of the exhibitor in accordance with written approval.

Event Marketing Machine will provide signed documentation to this effect. All held exhibitor data will be removed from the server and deleted, post show. *Additional charges may be incurred based on MailChimp’s pricing structure for high volume users.

The campaign will comprise two fortnightly email broadcasts prior to the show and one post show broadcast. Their content will include:

• 1x Generic pre-populated invitation to register for the event.

(through exhibitor’s own free registration page) • 1x Generic pre-populated follow-up email to attend

the show and visit the stand.

the stand.

• Basic HTML email template with company logo/top banner and space for content.

especially when used in conjunction with other channels such as email

PLEASE NOTE:

All content images and logo to be supplied in High resolution by exhibitor. A6 postcard will be generated from pre-designed template.

A4 advert includes 1 re-size to similar page format. A4 advert supplied as Hi-res PDF document.

All banner adverts will be animated with 4 up to 4 frames
