Alasya Bakery produces the finest range of artisan Turkish breads. Our breads are individually hand-crafted pieces baked in stone floor, wood fired ovens. We use only the highest quality ingredients and our impeccable safety and quality procedures have earned us a HACCP accreditation.

Alasya Bakery bakes and distributes Turkish bakery products to hundreds of cafes, restaurants, delis and gourmet eateries throughout Victoria.

Alasya Bakery crafts a range of long-shaped bread products suitable for a myriad of uses. The long shaped products within the 50 to 80g range, for example, make the perfect base for sliders and pintxos. The slightly larger products within the 100 to 150g range are excellent for sandwiches, and focaccias.

The bigger products within the 180 to 200g range can be used as pockets for kebabs. We also have Turkish Long products with garlic, herbs, hellim, and olives. Or with wholemeal dough.

Alasya Bakery bakes a multitude of round-shaped products. The smallest products within the 30g to 100g are perfect for dinner rolls, mini burgers and sliders.

Products within the 130g to 180g can be used for gourmet hamburgers, steak-sandwhiches, focaccias or fresh

Alasya Bakery creates Turkish loaf bread in both round and long shapes with a variety of finishes. Within this category you will find the Traditional Turkish Loaf (Alasya) in a range of sizes (from 280g to 750g), the round loaf (Corvinna) and also the large, thin sesame seed covered Lavash. Our loaves are terrific for antipasto and dip platters, and fantastic with breackfast menus.

Bread

Alasya Bakery fashions three styles of flat bread: the Kebab Wrap, The Cyprus, and Zaatar Bread. As with all our bread, Alasya’s flat breads are individually crafted by hand and baked in wood-fired ovens. As such, they are soft, malleable and flavoursome. The Kebab Wrap is available in three sizes making this product ideal for wraps, fold-overs and even thin-based pizzas.

The Cyprus bread is similarly available in three sizes. This product is perfect as a pitta, and piadinna. Zaatar is a middle-eastern spice mix. This flat bread is full of flavour and makes amazing fold-overs.

Pizza

Base

Alasya Bakery manufactures a large range of pizza bases, from large square tray pizzas, to tiny round cocktail pizza bases. Our soft, ‘wet’, dough baked in our wood-fired, stone-floor ovens makes for the perfect pizza base. We have two comprehensive categories of pizza bases – Round and Square, glazed and unglazed.

The round bases range from extra thin, to thick bases in all sizes including bite-sized cocktails to 500g beasts. Whilst our square bases range in size from 70g cocktails, to massive 1.35kg catering trays.

Deli

Turkish Deli is a selection of dips and breads, painstakingly hand-made. The bread is available in 150g rolls, and 450g loafs. The rolls are ideal for gourmet focaccias, whilst the loafs can be cut to size to suit a variety of purposes. The dips are all made in-house. We wash, peel and blend in accordance with tradional recipes. There’s no sugar, no preservatives, and no additives. Dips are available in 1/2kg and 1kg portions. The Deli range is very popular in delicatessens and quality-conscious food outlets.

Savoury

All our savoury pastries are made in-house in strict accordance with traditional recipes. Once mixed, the pastry is portioned, and hand-stretched into shape. Not a single filo sheet in sight. If you’re looking for a healthy, fresh, ready-to-eat alternative, then Alasya Bakery’s savoury products are perfect. Just heat and serve.

We manufacture a range of savoury products, with different fillings, including Borek, Gozleme, Poacha, Sini Borek, Katmer and Pide varieties.

Borek

Borek is a long, horse-shoe shaped pastry with a savoury filling baked under low heat in our wood-fired ovens. The shape of this product provides you with the flexibility to determine serving size. You can elect to cut it in half and serve it as a main, or slice into bite-sized portions for catering packs.
