1. Call Accounting Software (Z.Link Gold 11.0)
ZLink GOLD 11.0 helps in monitoring telephone cost of organization, misuse of telephones and helps the management in having complete analysis of telephone calls and telephone billing from the organization.
• Z.LINK GOLD 11.0 – Call Billing Software
Call accounting software for maintaining incoming and outgoing call, thereby generating various useful reports.
• Z.LINK GOLD - LAN 11.0 – Call Billing Client Software
Call accounting LAN software, which include both server and client, which can be used for reporting purpose only. It works as a client – server call accounting software.
• Z.LINK LITE 11.0 – Call Billing Lite Software
Call accounting software having less functionality than Z.LINK GOLD version. Some of features of GOLD are not available in Lite version. Refer to the comparison chart for more details.
2. PC Console (UC 6000)

3. Logical Partitioning
TRAI Guidelines – Unlawful to connect and make a conference call between external call to PBX and from PBX to a VOIP line through Panasonic PBX. Logical Partition DISABLES any attempt to make a conference call between an external caller to the office PBX and from Office PBX to VoIP Line connected in the office.

Voice Mail Solution (Z.VMS Gold 11.3)
When an incoming call is not answered by an extension, Caller can pass the message to the concerned person through his/her voice. If call is not answered at extension the call is forwarded to the voice mail system. In this case if a caller leaves a message for that extension, the message gets stored in the corresponding mailbox. Extension user can access his/ her mail box through the extension.

Interactive Voice Response is just one form of Computer Telephony (CT) that is becoming commonplace in automating the handling of telephone calls. Using IVR system customer can collect the required information from database without the help of a human intervention. Dialer Solutions (Z.PDS Gold 6.6)
Dialer is a technology that automatically dials out contacts from a database on behalf of Agents. They are essential in an outbound Call Center, to increase the efficiency of Agents. Dialers are intended to reduce the wastage of time, at the level of the Agents while coming across unsuccessful call attempts.
Dialers are broadly be categorized into 2 types Progressive Dialers and Predictive Dialers, depending on the their functionality A Progressive Dialer, refinement of the above, will have the additional capability to detect the call progress, automatically. A Progressive Dialer locks an agent for a call and dials the numbers for the agent, until it gets a valid `Contact’. Will put the call through to agent if live `Contact’ is made. A Predictive Dialer is similar to a Progressive Dialer, but for the difference that the dialer will not lock an agent until a `contact’ is established. Predictive Dialer automatically determines the dialing pattern, based on a heuristic algorithm and dials out the calls, on its own. Once a `live contact’ is made, the dialer puts the call through to a longest idle agent waiting for a call. The dialer adjusts the dialing pattern in such a way that at least one agent would be idle when a live contact is made.

As per customer’s requirement we can provide customized application. Different module like Auto Attendant / IVRS can be integrated.

Fax Server (Z.FAXSRV 10.0)
When a user wants to fax a document from their PC they can send it to an email message to a FAX address and adding information as the number onto which the fax has to be sent, and then attaching the document to be faxed. Fax servers can also be set up to receive faxes. Once a fax is received the following actions can be taken, print the fax to a network printer, send the fax to the appropriate user via email or notify them via email that they have received a fax.

SMS Application is used for sending Bulk SMS or alerts to customers. This application is mainly using for Marketing, Auto alert & Auto Enquiry. For marketing Bulk SMS can be send through our application. For giving alert to group of persons/ individually GSMS application is very effective. Auto enquiry is also possible as user can send specified key word to particular number. System will revert to the caller by collecting the required information from the database.
