How to Enrol

To enrol on a course, please complete and return a booking form by post, fax or email, remembering to quote the relevant course code to:

Booking forms are available to download from our website, simply visit www.boschsecurity.co.uk and click on ‘Training’ in the left-hand menu.

Conditions of Enrolment

u Participants should always officially enroll themselves u Authorised person must undersign application forms

u  Booking forms should be sent in at least 2 weeks prior to the course start

u  The receipt of your application form will be confirmed as soon as possible. Each participant will receive a

final confirmation not later than one week before the start of the course, specifying place and time

u Bosch Security Systems has the right to cancel a course in case of insufficient enrolments

Cancellation

Enrolment to a course can be cancelled by a participant up to 10 working days before the start of the course.

Course Evaluation

At the end of each course there will be a formal evaluation of the content and the learning aspects. Participants can also add their personal comments to a course.

Qualification

All Level 2 and Level 3 courses incorporate a test for participants. In order to receive a Bosch Security Academy Certificate, a pass rate of 75% or higher must be achieved. Failure to reach the pass rate will require a re-sit of the test before a certificate is issued.

Personal Incident and Liability

Bosch cannot accept responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings of delegates.
