Abstract: This paper is on advanced smart security system. This is of low cost-effective highly secured. Here the existing models are initially finger print, signature authentication, iris technology, eye pattern recognition, voice recognition. Which all are used for security systems at home for digital lockers, to put pass word for phones, and also face recognition technology. But in proposed system by using palm vein technology we can secure our accounts (either banks, in home lockers, libraries, hospitals, banks) and also it will give a message to our mobile when other persons put their palm in the security screen and it will also protect our account more safely when we are in distant places system gets more secure than existing systems.
Key Words: Security, recognition, phone message, authentication, palm vein technology.
I. INTRODUCTION
Now-a-days safety is more important to secure our bank accounts, any home lockers by using various security systems the existing systems are basically finger print technology through biometric ,signature, voice recognition, iris recognition, eye pattern technology face recognition technology by using these technologies we can preserve the library accounts ,bank Accounts (cash /gold/silver).but we cannot secure our accounts or lockers using these systems .because these systems are easily manipulated by other strangers and also pin configuration strategies are utilizing yet it is also very easy to hack by others to overcome these drawbacks the proposed system is very useful and securable ,it turns out to be one of the best authentication method by using vein pattern.
II. REVIEW ON EXISTING SYSTEMS BIOMETRICS:
Bio metrics means which is used to identify or recognizing a person based on the given data as in put whether it is of physiological or behavioral characteristics. But this biometrics becoming an interesting areas for implementing security systems however it is oldest technology.
SIGNATURE IDENTIFICATION:
Fig: signature identification
Which is high copying or manipulation technology here the procedure utilized by biometric fame work to check the mark is called dynamic mark configuration (DMC).here there is no need of higher master planning for forgery of signature or it can be copied by anyone it is the major drawback in this technology.
Voice recognition:
This is located at the part of our eye .which is the colored textured tissue that surrounds the pupil of the eye this scan security system operates with high accuracy verification time is maximum 5 sec to recognize a person but by scanning system our eye will get chance to effect of our slightness and it contains large amount of data to preserve& high cost effective here the positioning of eye pattern is more important so by taking more times for exact position the eyes will be affected.
Finger print technology:
Now a day’s using a bio- metric system in colleges to provide attendance to students it is also using ration shops, for bank authentication ,to provide phone security for dealing of any land settlements we use the finger prints for surety. and which is also secured for different features i.e., with dry skin, wet powered ,dust/soil/mud, transparent cello tape oily sand scratched, ink drops, finger print these are the features of finger print security system.
Fig: Finger print
The draw backs are if any crack is happened or any Cut is happened while we are doing any kitchen work or any mud/soil work definitely the finger prints will gets flat that means the layers in the finger will not appears it will become soft to touch so at this time if we put our finger for authentication then it will display the thumb is not detected if we put any Mahanadi also it will not show our authentication another major drawback of this system is artificial fingers also came into the market with similar finger features this system is very easy to hack others account.

Recognition of Face:
Fig: face recognition
Which is also a very high security system in current running technology for saving our accounts from the hackers it is very difficult to manipulate ones face with particular measurements it consists of high cost for face recognition system this system is readily acceptable by the public[even in CCTV also people are covering their face and doing more crimes in different sectors like in banks, library, railway stations ,airports, ATM centers ]so, we can say that it leads to be a draw back and relatively easy to integrate with other security systems but the drawback is it needs to make allowance for the changes threat occur to human face over time aging ,facial hair, skin tone ,etc,.
now a day’s many people are doing plastic surgeries for particular organs like lips, nose, cheeks, etc,If we see in that way it can also be corrupted and hacked by other people here we can particularly say that the age of the person will not be constant for mainly years so these are main draw backs of the existing system.
Eye recognition:

Our proposed system is to overcome all the draw backs in existing system ,this proposal system is to provide high security with efficiency ,this is perfect solution ,for saving protecting one from the hassle this system is highly accurate .it is world’s first contactless personal identification system that by using the vein patterns in human palms to conform a person’s identity an another thing is its contact less feature gives it a hygienic advantage over other biometric authentication technologies.
IR rays are reflected on the palm the sensor emits a near infrared beam towards the palm of the hand and blood flowing through this is back to the heart reduced oxygen absorbs this radiation causing the veins to appear as a black pattern [oxygenated blood is passed through the arteries and deoxygenated blood is passed through the veins and veins to the heart ]to pump the blood from the heart internally these veins are blue in color by considering the hygiene requirements that are normally necessary for use in public environments this technology is used in vertical markets including security, financial ,banking ,health care commercial enterprises &educational facilities and in other industries by specific applications

This paper also describes some examples of financial solutions and market that have been developed based on this technology generally, people worry about security problem people are also face the risk that others can easily access their accounts any time or anywhere because of that risk ,personal identification technology which can distinguish between registered legitimate users& imposters is now generating interest .currently 4 digit pin number or any identification cards can also be stolen and the numbers can be forgotten easily to solve these problems this vein technology is proposed by fujitsu at R/D biometric authentication technology focusing on four methods.
They are finger prints, voice prints, face recognition which are having a draw back in each technology but the palm vein technology is the best in fijitsu research veins are of (vascular pattern authentication)when the palm is illuminated with near infrared light the image seen by the human eye the de oxidized hemoglobin in the palm gets absorbs this light ,there by reducing the reflection rate &causing the veins to appear as black pattern first we have to take image of the palm and we have to register that and while at the time of authentication is photographed with near infrared light and the vein pattern is extracted by image processing and compared with the registered vein pattern and the another advantage is there is no hair in the middle of the palm & It is easy to take photograph the palm also has no significant variations in skin color compared with fingers or the back of the hand ,where the color can darken in certain areas.
When the body temperature is lowered at that time if we put our hand on the particular screen it will take the photograph and there on the screen we can observe that black blood vessels due to decreasing the flow of blood through the body so, this increases the hands light transmittance .so light passes through it more easily the false acceptance rate for this system is 0.00008%& and the false rejection rate of 0.01% at the time provided the hand is held over the device three times during registration ,with one retry for comparison during authentication this system can be used in entry and exit for rooms and buildings in companies and out sourcing centers where Important costumers data is kept due to increasing concerns about security it is user friendly [and also highly alert our account savings techniques by making a connectivity between a mobile through GSM to the palm vein system if any one tries to touch our locker screen then it will automatically responds and sends a message to our phone using signals or we can connect through WALN wifi setting.
III. CONCLUSION
Hence we can conclude that this method provides high security in various applications(home, banking etc.,)
