Capital Plan Progress Highlights
The construction for Sci-High is ahead of schedule with major demolition of
the existing building complete and pile driving almost complete.
McMain Envelope Repair phase one thru three have been completed, with
the exterior repair and painting proceeding on schedule. Subsequent
phases are anticipated to reduce in duration with project completion in the
3
rd
quarter of 2019.
Hynes ES envelope repair was awarded with a notice to proceed on
12/17/18.
Ben Franklin phase II is scheduled to begin on 1/2/19.
