1. Freedom & Responsibility

1

Our culture is designed to set you up to win, to help you thrive and to help you navigate, what we know for most, is a unique and a dynamic working environment. Much of our culture has adapted and grown as we have gone through challenges, finding things that work and those that don't.

It is a live document that is designed to change as we change and is built on helping you grow. It is not designed to be

restrictive in any way yet more as a guide over those that succeed, contribute and make the most of their time with us.

We believe that this document is to give everyone

a foundation, and the people themselves have to ultimately define the culture. We want to build a culture that thrives and creates an environment that you love being in, that not only

brings the best out of you, but gives everyone equal opportunity to bring their own influence on the culture.

With great freedom comes great responsibility. Deliver results that are expected from you whilst managing your time as you like, but not at the expense of the company or your team.

This means delegating your time effectively, with the ultimate goal being for your team to thrive and accomplish the

necessary tasks. Freedom and Responsibility is understanding your value and the impact you have on the company and

your team. We believe that people thrive on being trusted, on freedom, and on being able to make a difference. So we foster freedom and empowerment wherever we can.

What that means in practice: Morning Huddles are at 8:25 and everyone needs to be on time. Over-communicate with your team. If you want to take a day off/holiday, please give us as much notice as possible.

2. Act in glowb’s Best Interests

3. Speak Your Truth

2

Take actions that contribute to the growth of the company and protect the company from harm. Make conscious,

reasonable and aware decisions based on what’s best for the company. You seek what is best for Glowb, rather than what is best for yourself or your group. You listen well and seek to understand before reacting, when receiving feedback.

What that means in practice: If you don’t have work to do,

speak up and contribute to the team. Turn the lights off when you leave a room and turn off AC/Heating when not needed.

Think about the impact your actions have before you take them. The needs of the whole company need to outweigh individual wants/needs. Help others with urgent work if your work can wait.

We function off feedback. We are always growing, developing and learning. No matter your role, how long you have been

here or how much you’ve contributed. Always speak your truth.

If there’s something you don’t like, speak up, if there’s

something you feel needs improving, speak up. Feedback is essential to understand context and help others grow, as well as yourself.

What that means in practice: Silence will kill our growth, so speak up. Withholding feedback is stopping someone growing so be open to it and give plenty. Constructive criticism is

designed to help you grow, embrace it.

4. Deliver WOW Through Service

5. Attitude Beats Skill

3

Excellence is a standard, not a goal. Leave everyone internally and externally WOW’ed by their experience with you.

Go above and beyond from what's expected from you, and always seek to deliver more and better. Improve people’s experience of us. Everyone's job in a way is delivering service to people, and this means that everyone has the responsibility to make sure that the result we are delivering through our jobs, is up to standards and expectations of our customers

and team.

What that means in practice: Own projects until they are fully completed and signed off, delivering the best possible result.

Help all of our partners and customers love us and make us stand out from the rest.

We hire based on attitude and hunger. We promote based on attitude and results. We understand that skills, with the right attitude can be learnt. We believe that people who are

passionate about their jobs will thrive the most with us.

We love to see people grow and develop, as this beats being extremely skilled and staying stagnant.

What that means in practice: We love when people try new things that don't work out, as long as you are trying to move the company forward/produce better results. A CAN-DO

attitude will always win. Make the things you dont think can happen, happen. Time frames of others dont need to

be your timeframe.

6. We Reward Results

The results you bring to contributing to the company growth will directly impact and influence the rewards you get.

Your efforts and results will always be recognised by your team and we love to reward passionate people who thrive.

What that means in practice: All rewards are tied to the value you bring to the company. This means promotions, pay rises and more. The value you bring, and the results you deliver is recognised and rewarded as such.

8. Seek To Become Better 7. What We Do, Matters

The work you do, matters. The actions and decisions you take are seen globally and affect people's lives. That is both an

incredible reward and responsibility, and attention to detail is vital. Everyone one way or another affects peoples lives on a global scale, and you have to be aware of that throughout your time here.

What that means in practice: Attention to detail is important as mistakes have a cost. That double checking means you are aware of the impact of your actions and decisions.

That because of you, people can put food on the table for their children.

We expect you to seek to grow and to improve each day.

We expect you to want to be the best and pursue mastery in your career. It is your responsibility to develop your skills and grow not only in your role, but as a person.

No matter how long someone will work with us, we want to see them grow and develop their skill sets. You need to strive to be the best in your role and confident in that as well.

As mentioned before, attitude beats skill.

What that means in practice: Take feedback to help you grow and always ask for it. Don’t be scared to think outside the box of what's simply required for your role, and find ways to go above and beyond what’s expected.

10. Take Reasonable Risks 9. We Stand For Unity

We believe we are a force for bringing people together and allowing people to thrive regardless of race, religion, sexuality, genders, beliefs, values, background or circumstance.

We collaborate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Every single member of our tribe is as equally important as the other, and ultimately it is your value that you bring, that is recognised and cherished here.

What that means in practice: Be tolerant of others' views even if you disagree with them, avoid projecting your personal beliefs on how others choose to live their life. Never make someone uncomfortable for who they are. Understand the privilege you may have that others may not. Seek to contribute to a better world. Be a good human.

Take charge and ownership of your tasks and actions with appropriate context to make decisions that bring value and take the company forward.

6

Be willing to get out of your comfort zone and take the

responsibility to make the best possible decision and own the consequences and inform everyone about it.

What it means in practice: When you have more than enough context on a situation and are certain of what is the best

possible result, make the choice to go forward with it and inform everyone about the decision with ample context and use the consequences as lessons or achievements.

Always over communicate and inform the team the reasons as to why you are making the decision. Sometimes, it’s about making the best ‘bad’ decision, taking initiative and discussing with the team for the best possible outcome. If you feel like you don’t have enough context to make a decision, seek to get that context, understanding or additional perspective to make the decision. The inability to take reasonable risks, or playing it safe all the time or just lack of action entirely

does not take you, or the company forward and is ultimately fatally harmful to the company.
