Easter Road Stadium Edinburgh Ticket Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the Applicant’s purchase of the Ticket from the Scottish Football Association, a company registered in Scotland and having its registered office at Hampden Park, Glasgow G42 9AY with company number SC005453 (“the Scottish FA”). The Terms and Conditions set out the terms of the contract between Applicants and the Scottish FA relating to the Ticket.

Please read them now.

All Applicants, by making use of Tickets, shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Please note that the use of the Website to make an online application for Tickets is governed by the Scottish FA’s Website Use Terms and Conditions, www.scottishfa.co.uk which apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

If the Applicant does not comply with these Terms and Conditions then they may be escorted from the Host Stadium and prohibited from purchasing tickets for or attending any future Scotland match organised by the Scottish FA.

DEFINITIONS

These Terms and Conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:-

Adult Applicant means an individual aged 16 years or above with legal capacity to apply for and purchase Ticket(s) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

Applicant means an individual applying to purchase Ticket(s), being an Adult Applicant or a Junior Applicant, as appropriate;

Booking Fee means an administrative fee of £3 payable in respect of each application to purchase Ticket(s) via the online facility on the Website or the Telephone Booking Service;

Booking Period has the meaning given to that term under the “Booking and Supply” section of these Terms and Conditions;

Supporters Centre Email means the email address offered to Applicants at supporters@scottishfa.co.uk to assist with general enquiries relating to the purchase of Tickets;

Supporters Centre means the team available to assist Applicants with general enquiries which can be contacted on the enquiry line offered to Applicants on the numbers 0141 616 6123 / 6196 / 6198;

Host Stadium means the entire premises of Easter Road Stadium, Edinburgh, EH7 5QG including all areas that require a Ticket to gain access, as well as the immediate vicinity of such areas;

Concession Price Area means a designated area of the Host Stadium where there are concessions for Junior Applicants under 16 years of age;

Junior Applicant means an individual under the age of 16 years on whose behalf an Adult Applicant can apply for and purchase a Ticket;

Match means the Vauxhall International Challenge - Qatar Airways Cup match between Scotland and Qatar to be held at the Host Stadium on 5 June 2015;

Price means the relevant price for the Ticket as set out in the schedule to these Terms and Conditions;

Telephone Booking Service means the telephone line used by the Scottish FA to facilitate Ticket bookings available at 0844 875 1873 or such other telephone number as may be notified by the Scottish FA from time to time. Calls to this telephone number will cost 5p per minute from a BT landline. The costs for other networks and mobiles may vary;

Ticket(s) means a Ticket giving right of access to the Host Stadium in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and

Website means the website used by the Scottish FA to facilitate Ticket bookings available at www.scottishfa.talent-sport.co.uk or such other address as may be notified by the Scottish FA to the Applicant from time to time.

CONTRACT CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

Once the Applicant has confirmed his or her application for Ticket(s) via the online booking facility on the Website or the Telephone Booking Service, the Scottish FA will provide written confirmation to the Applicant.

In the case of bookings made via the online booking facility on the Website or the Telephone Booking Service, the Scottish FA will provide this confirmation by email to the Applicant immediately after the Applicant’s payment has been authorised.

Once the Applicant has confirmed his or her application for Ticket(s) and his or her payment has been processed by the Scottish FA, a binding contract will be formed between the Applicant and the Scottish FA for the provision of the Ticket(s) (the “Contract”)

The Applicant acknowledges that he or she has no right to cancel the Contract. The Scottish FA will only offer Ticket refunds to Applicants in its absolute discretion.

BOOKING AND SUPPLY

The Scottish FA will supply the Ticket in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Tickets will be available to Applicants using the online booking facility on the Website and the Telephone Booking Service during the following period:-

From 12 noon on Friday 15 May, closing at 2359 hours on Thursday 4 June via the online booking facility on the Website or closing at 7:30 pm on Thursday 4 June via the Telephone Booking Service (the “Booking Period”).

Applicants will be notified in advance should the Booking Period change. It will be in the absolute discretion of the Scottish FA to accept any applications.

TICKET ALLOCATION

1 The allocation is a maximum of 10 (ten) Tickets per Applicant.

2 The issue of Tickets for the Match is subject to availability. The means of allocation of such Tickets shall be determined by the Scottish FA from time to time in its absolute discretion.

3 To purchase Tickets for the Match, Applicants should use either the online booking facility on the Website or the Telephone Booking Service.

4 To purchase Tickets, Applicants must register online then log in using the supporter number issued during the registration process and password chosen by the Applicant. Applicants who have previously registered, must log in with the supporter number and password.

5 Where an Applicant is applying for and purchasing multiple Tickets for their friends and family, it is the Applicant’s responsibility to notify the holders of the other Tickets of these Terms and Conditions and ensure that they comply with these Terms and Conditions.

6 An Adult Applicant is required to apply for and purchase a Ticket on behalf of a Junior Applicant. Junior Applicants cannot apply for or purchase tickets in their own right.

7 An Adult Applicant can apply for and purchase a Ticket on behalf of a Junior Applicant for any stand within the Host Stadium. However, the reduced Price for Junior Applicants is only available in the designated concession price area, as notified by the Scottish FA.

8 Tickets are issued by the Scottish FA for use by the Applicant only. Applicants are expressly prohibited from disposing of, re-selling or transferring any Tickets that have been allocated to them, other than as may be permitted to friends and family pursuant to paragraph 4 of this Ticket Allocation section.

9 Tickets are issued at the absolute discretion of the Scottish FA. The decision of the Scottish FA shall be final and binding in all respects.

10 The Scottish FA reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse to sell a Ticket(s), or refuse entry into the Host Stadium, to any person convicted in the UK or elsewhere:

a. for any football related offence; or

b. for any other offence involving conduct which, in the opinion of the Scottish FA, is not conducive to the promotion of football or which may bring the Scottish FA and the Supporters Club into disrepute.

CONCESSION PRICE TICKETS

1 The designated concession price area will accommodate a combination of Adults, Senior and Junior Applicants.

2 In these areas one adult can accompany up to a maximum of four Junior Applicants.

3 Alternatively, where there is only one Junior Applicant in a group attending the Match, no more than three adults are permitted to accompany one Junior Applicant.

4 Large groups, where the ratio of adults to Junior Applicants is greater than detailed in this section, are not permitted in these areas.

5 Adults not accompanying a Junior Applicant are not permitted within these areas.

6 The concession price tickets are also available for adults aged 65 & over.

ACCESSIBLE AREAS

Applicants requiring Tickets for accessible areas should contact the Supporters Centre by calling 0141 616 6123 / 6196 / 6198 or by email to supporters@scottishfa.co.uk. Seating in these areas is subject to availability and is allocated on a “first come, first served” basis or as otherwise may be determined by the Scottish FA from time to time.

PAYMENT AND FULFILMENT

1 Applicants can purchase Tickets using the following valid credit or debit cards - VISA, VISA DEBIT, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, and MAESTRO.

2 The Booking Fee will be payable per booking and will be payable in addition to the Price of the Ticket(s).

3 If a UK Applicant is applying for a Ticket:

a. the Applicant will have the following 3 delivery options to choose from:

i. Royal Mail First Class – this option will cost an additional £2 per booking, and is only available for bookings where the Price is less than £200 and the booking has been submitted between 12 noon on Friday 15 May and 5pm on Monday 1 June;

ii. Royal Mail Special Delivery – this option will cost an additional £7.50 per booking, and is available for bookings submitted between 12 noon on Friday 15 May and 5pm on Tuesday 2 June; and

iii. Collection– this option will be free of charge and is available for bookings submitted throughout the Booking Period. Collection must be made prior to the Match at the time and location notified to the Applicant in writing by the Scottish FA after the Contract is in place. The Applicant must provide proof of identity and purchase when collecting the Ticket(s);

b. where the Applicant has chosen either the Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery option, the Applicant will be obliged to pay the Price, the Booking Fee and the applicable delivery charge as outlined above and in the schedule to these Terms and Conditions (the “Postage and Fulfilment”); and

c. the Scottish FA will deliver the Ticket(s) to the Applicant no later than 2 days prior to the Match and by accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Applicant agrees to this timescale.

4 If a non-UK Applicant is applying for a Ticket:

a. the Applicant will be obliged to pay the Price and the Booking Fee; and

b. the Applicant will only have the option of collecting the Ticket prior to the Match taking place at the time and location notified to the Applicant in writing by the Scottish FA after the Contract is in place. The Applicant must provide proof of identity and purchase when collecting the Ticket.

5 Credit/debit cards will be charged immediately on the Scottish FA’s receipt of the Applicant’s application and will include the Price, the Booking Fee and, where relevant in the case of a UK Applicant, the Postage and Fulfilment.

6 In the event of postponement/abandonment/cancellation of the Match, the Applicant may be entitled to a refund (in full or in part, depending upon the circumstances) of the Price. The Applicant can contact the Scottish FA for details via the Supporters Centre or the Contact Email.

7 In the event of the postponement of the Match or the abandonment of the Match occurring before half-time, the retained portion of the Ticket will permit admittance to the re-arranged fixture for the Match.

8 In accordance with these Terms and Conditions, Tickets will only be refunded as the Scottish FA determines in its absolute discretion.

9 Duplicate Tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen Tickets.

10 The Scottish FA shall not be held liable for any Ticket lost or late delivery caused by malfunction, interruption of mail services or incomplete address data entry by the Applicant.

USE OF TICKETS

1 Access to the Host Stadium shall be authorised upon presentation of a complete and valid Ticket.

2 Junior Applicants will not be admitted to the Host Stadium without being accompanied by an adult.

Junior Applicants must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the Host Stadium and during the Match.

3 The Applicant acknowledges that his or her presence in and around the Host Stadium is at the Applicant’s own risk and that, subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the Scottish FA or any other relevant body cannot be held liable for any risk, danger and loss, including bodily harm, personal property damage or loss, or any other incident whether occurring before, during or after the Match.

4 The Applicant shall comply with all legal requirements whilst in attendance at the Host Stadium.

5 The Applicant must abide by the highest standards of behaviour and reject any action involving violence, use of language that is offensive or behaviour contrary to the standards of decency and respect towards the people, cultures, laws and property of Scotland and visiting countries.

6 The Scottish FA does not tolerate abusive, unacceptable or unreasonable behaviour or language towards its staff members or representatives. The Scottish FA may take such action as it considers appropriate, in its sole discretion, in relation to any Applicant, or guest of any Applicant or incident of unacceptable behaviour being reported. Such action may include removal from the Host Stadium and/or prohibition on purchasing tickets for or attending any future Scotland match organised by the Scottish FA.

7 It is an offence, punishable by law, for any person to enter or attempt to enter the grounds of the Host Stadium:

a. whilst in possession of a prohibited container which is or was capable of holding liquid and which if thrown would be capable of causing injury to another person;

b. whilst in possession of alcohol;

c. whilst drunk;

d. whilst in possession of any article or substance whose main purpose is the emission of a flare for purposes of illuminating or signalling or the emission of smoke or a visible gas; or

e. whilst in possession of any article which is a firework.

8 All persons entering the ground may be searched by the stadium authorities.

9 The Applicant is not permitted to take a camera or photographic apparatus of any description into the Host Stadium, or take any cinematograph picture or photograph of any kind of the Match.

10 The Applicant acknowledges that any photographs taken of the Applicant by an accredited photographer inside the Host Stadium or within the immediate Host Stadium perimeter may be used by us for commercial purposes.

11 The Scottish FA reserves the right to amend the kick-off time of the Match in order to comply with any instruction by FIFA, UEFA or any other relevant authority. Tickets will be valid for the re-arranged kick- off.

12 Spectators found in the wrong area amid opposing fans may be ejected by the stadium authorities.

13 The Scottish FA, its servants or agents will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused to Ticket holders. The possession of a Ticket shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these Terms and Conditions and imply an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them. In the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions the Scottish FA reserves the right to cancel any Ticket and retain the money paid therefor.

14 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to limit the liability of the Scottish FA for death or personal injury caused by the Scottish FA negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

15 In the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by any Applicant, or any individual with a Ticket purchased on their behalf by any Applicant, the Scottish FA reserves the right to cancel the Ticket issued to the Applicant or individual concerned and to retain payment for that Ticket.

16 The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that Tickets are issued subject to any applicable local laws, ground regulations or rules in force available at the Host Stadium (www.hibernianfc.co.uk/pages/groundrules).

GENERAL INFORMATION

1 The Applicant agrees and acknowledges that their personal details provided to the Scottish FA either using the online booking facility on the Website, the Telephone Booking Service or otherwise, will be used by the Scottish FA in accordance with the Scottish FA’s privacy policy (http://www.scottishfa.co.uk/scottish_football.cfm?page=3218) and processed by the Scottish FA in accordance with all relevant data protection legislation. In particular, the Scottish FA will use the information of Applicants to:-

a. provide the Applicant with the Ticket(s) and any other services or information requested;

b. analyse the collected information so that the Scottish FA can administer, support, improve and develop its business and the services it offers;

c. contact Applicants in order to send details of the Scottish FA’s goods and services; and d. for all other purposes consistent with the proper performance by the Scottish FA’s

operations and business.

JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Scotland and any disputes that may arise will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts
