SapientNitro’s Enterprise Architecture service enables our clients to translate their business goals and strategic objectives into a digital technology roadmap.

Our Enterprise Architecture service captures an enterprise- wide view of our client’s business and technology

landscape to develop a ‘value based’, integrated and secure architectural governance and delivery framework.

We ensure our suggested framework aligns our client’s information, application & technology architecture with business strategy.

Our Enterprise Architect (EA) works closely with our client’s business stakeholders, C-level Executive team, design authority and project delivery teams.

The EA will own the vision, driving forward the change through delivery of technology.

We believe Enterprise Architecture plays a key role in translating our client’s business vision and strategy into IT strategy and implementation plans which deliver improvements that are maintainable, reliable, secure, and scalable moving forward.

As an enterprise moves towards cost effective technological solutions like cloud, our Enterprise architecture services ensure that our client’s strategic business objectives are achieved through cloud technology framework.

Our Architects look across the client’s enterprise to understand their business vision, short term and long term strategy. We analyse business and information requirements and align solutions to the business and IT strategy. We get involved with our clients right from project specification phase to project design and support phase playing a dynamic role in governance, implementing architectural vision, roadmaps and designs for Information, Application and Technology Architectures. Our Enterprise Architectural services also provide comprehensive support for all aspects of enterprise architecture management.

Definition of the relevant Cloud information & data security, access policies and standards that is appropriate for each client’s environment

Planning for the data quality needs of the organization and the consistent distribution of data across all channels

Application Architecture

Our Enterprise Architecture service will define solution and application strategy which is in-line with business objectives to ensure:

Application of Cabinet Office/Government policies and Strategies. E.g.: Open Source and Open Standards

Definition of Cloud best practices in terms of process, policies, expected outputs, standards

The assessment of current state application architecture and tailor future state cloud hosted architecture which is scalable, sustainable and easy to support and maintain

To define governance board to govern architectural changes and enhancements

Define Architecture policies and standards (including security)

To ensure application architecture provide and support business improvement that is cost effective

Technology Architecture

We define our client’s Technology architecture which enables them to achieve their short term business objectives and driving towards enterprise long term strategic goals.

Our Enterprise Architecture capability defines and manages the relationships and dependencies between vision, business processes, business initiatives and technologies.

Following industry standard methodologies (e.g. TOGAF) where appropriate

We define application integration standards on cloud, as not many integrations standards are available in market as cloud technology is continuously evolving

Our comprehensive Enterprise Architecture approach addresses areas like technology architecture ownership, security and reliability that are tough to implement in cloud computing

We setup Enterprise Architecture Board for our clients, which will be responsible for providing recommendations to all cloud related projects and architectural change activities

Integration Architecture

For Cloud computing, integration and security are essential components. We ensure our client’s existing architecture is efficiently and securely integrated with Cloud architecture.

We define integration policies and standards to be followed and ensure the application integration approach is feasible, reliable, secure and performant.

Security Architecture

Security is key to the successful deployment and safe use of Cloud services. The definition and design of a secure architecture which supports an organisation’s requirements and policies is key to our Enterprise Architecture service.
