Thank you for your intereste in Event Dining at Agern!

Our spaces are available to accommodate your event or special occasion, Monday through Saturday for lunch or dinner.

We have a variety of spaces to suit your needs including our semi-private dining room, our main dining room and an exclusive restaurant buyout.

Our menus are developed by Michelin-Starred Chef Jeppe Kil Anderson, whose flavors are rooted in Nordic Cuisine.

SPACES

Our Semi-Private Dining Room seats up to 24 guests.

Our Main Dining Room seats up to 60 guests and can accommodate up to 90 guests in the case of a standing cocktail event.

For a Restaurant Exclusive buyout we can accommodate a party of up to 97 seated guests or 125 guests in the case of a standing cocktail event.

AGERN EVENTS

POLICY

To secure your private event at Agern we ask for a signed agreement along with a 50% deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

Deposits will be refunded in full if the event is cancelled with more than 28 days notice.

Cancellations for an event with less than 28 days notice will not be refunded, nor can the deposit be applied to a future event.

FINAL HEADCOUNT

Agern requires a 72-hour advanced guarantee of the number of guests in your party otherwise the final bill will be calculated according to the number

of guests stipulated within the agreement.

New York City Sales Tax of 8.875% will be applied to all taxable items.

TAX

Menu Prices do not include additional alcohol and is subject to a 20%

gratuity and 5% administrative fee plus sales tax.

At Agern, we have simplified your AV needs and provide the basic tools you

need for your Restaurant Exclusive event. These include a speaker system and an audio system that can be customized to your personally curated

playlist.

In the event, that you should also require services beyond our simplified model, we can also discuss costs, and provide a quote for the following:

microphones, monitors, LED displays, cameras, lighting, DJ services, podiums, tripods, etc.
