All eligible* members of TexStar FCU will have the opportunity to skip their loan payments in November and their MasterCard payments in November, or Decem-ber (depending on their billing cycle).
Loan Payments - Members interested in skipping a loan payment should read the terms as explained on the form on page 3 of this newsletter, and sign and return it by October 21, 2015.
MasterCard Payments - Members who have either a gold or standard credit card should check their November MasterCard statement for information concerning the skip a payment op-tion.

New Credit Union Building
Construction Underway
Construction of the new Credit
Union office by North American
Buildings of Wichita, Kansas began
in June.
At the present time a completion
date has not been firmly set. The
building itself may be finished
be-fore the end of the year, but
installa-tion of equipment will take addiinstalla-tion-
addition-al time to finish.

marks the 96th observance of
Vet-erans Day. President Woodrow
Wilson declared the day a federal
holiday in 1919. Originally known
as Armistice Day, the name was
changed to Veterans Day in 1954.
The date was chosen in reference
to the ending of World War I:
Germany signed an armistice with
the Allies at 11 a.m. on November
11, 1918.
Today, Veterans Day is dedicated
to honoring all who have served
our country. It is an important
reminder of the sacrifices all of
our military men and women have
made on our behalf and an
oppor-tunity to acknowledge and thank
them for their service and
contri-butions. As we mark the day, all
of us at the Credit Union want to
say, "Thank you vets!"

quarter-ly statements to all members.
The newsletter will be posted on
the Credit Union web site for

The TexStar Federal Credit Union Board of Directors is pleased to announce its “skip a payment” option, which is available to members for the month of November 2015
Members wishing to participate may do so by signing the form below and returning it to the Credit Union office by October 21, 2015
Members should note the following conditions:
There will be a $25.00 fee per loan that is skipped. Please indicate below how you will make payment of this fee.
Skipping a loan payment will affect the coverage of credit life or disability insurance added to the loan. Coverage by either of these cannot extend past the disclosed date the loan was to be paid off.
Requests to participate will not be accepted by phone.
This form should be returned to the Credit Union office by mail, fax, email, or in person.
Members who are making their first payment on a loan, or are delinquent in making payments on any loans are not eligible to participate.
Loans which are under collateralized will not be eligible.
All signatures are strictly required, including those of joint borrowers and co-makers of loans.
This form does not apply to MasterCard skip payment. Members should check their November MasterCard state-ment for information concerning that skip a paystate-ment option. There is no fee for skipping the MasterCardpayment.

I understand that this will extend my note one month from the original disclosure date, therefore there will be addition-al finance charges and that credit life and disability insurance cannot extend past the disclosure date.
