CERTIFICATE IV IN PROJECT
MANAGEMENT PRACTICE
CERTIFICATE IV IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT PRACTICE
Course Code: BSB41515
Every business undertakes projects; this could be a simple internal administrative project, implementing new systems across an organisation, developing new products, building and construction projects or any number of different projects. No matter how large or small the project is, it requires a project manager who can think outside the box, address all the variables, ensure the project team meet their deadlines, remain within budget and ensure the end result meets the clients’ requirements.
This qualification is suitable for autonomous individuals who identify and apply project management skills and knowledge in a wide variety of contexts. Job titles for these roles may include contracts officers, project administrators, quality officers and small business operators. Individuals in these roles might be members of a project team, with no direct responsibility for overall project outcomes. Primarily, these roles would support wider project operations. They may use project tools and methodologies selectively to support organisational or business activities.
On successful completion of this course the participant will receive a Certificate IV in Project Management Practice (BSB41515). This qualification is suited to the following job roles:
Contracts officer Project administrator Quality officer
Small business operator
