Non—Emergency Messages: These messages are typically appointment calls, prescriptions and refills, billing questions, patient records, people wanting to speak with the front office. Once the message is saved it can be Faxed, Emailed, Held for the Office, Paged or Texted to your Cell Phone / Pager, or Blackberry. We also can provide a combination to all of the above. Each morning the front office will get a hard copy faxed / emailed at a specified time designated by you. Emergencies Messages: These messages are Physicians, Hospitals, or patients with a true emergency. Our system

will allow for each Physician to create their own protocol. Typically the caller’s message will be Emailed or Paged to their smart phone or blackberry. We can also call the physician on their cell phone or home number patching them to the caller if needed. Once a message is sent via Text or Email the answering service will call the patient or caller back in 20 min utes. Patient confirmation makes the answering service aware that the call has been completed. Each morning the front office will also get a detailed message report faxed /
