1. Who supplies wood cabinets in classrooms adjacent to BARD Units? (See Note 41.1-81) ANSWER: The successful contractor is responsible for coordinating the work.
2. Who supplies all inter connect wire from DSU Units?
ANSWER: The successful contractor is responsible for coordinating the work.
3. Circuits 34,36 in Panel P1 are designated for FCU Units – Where are these Units Located? ANSWER: These FCU units are existing to remain per Note #1 on Panel Schedule P1 on sheet

4. ln Panel P1 circuits 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,81,83 and circuits
7,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20,22,24,26,78,8A,82,84 show various items connected to these breakers. Where are these items within the building? ls there a drawing showing the location of this
equipment?
ANSWER: These circuits are existing to remain per Note #1 on Panel Schedule P1 on sheet E0.1.
5. What feeds the five D.S.U. Units (cassettes) nothing designated on panel schedule?
ANSWER: Per Note #7 on E2.1 the DSUs are powered from the Outdoor Unit located on the roof. This coincides with the Mechanical Schedule for DSUs on M6.0, note #2. 6. Are all EMT connectors and couplings to be set screw or compression, steel or diecast?
ANSWER: All connections to be per code. Steel screw connectors and couplings are acceptable per code.
7. ls all wiring to be THHN?
ANSWER: THHN is acceptable.
8. Who will supply the main service transformer?
ANSWER: DP&L will supply the transformer. Contractor is responsible for transformer pad, per DP&L standards. Contractor is responsible for conduit and secondarys.
9. The four conduits for the main service coming from the service pole to the building are not designated on the drawings to be rigid pipe or schedule 80 PUC. What is your requirements? ANSWER: Schedule 80 is acceptable.
10. Who is responsible for the charges that are incurred from the power company? ANSWER: Charges incurred from Power Company to be transferred to WCBOE. 11. ls all service equipment, breakers, disconnect switches to be manufactured by Square D
Company?
ANSWER: Square D is acceptable and will match existing conditions.
12. The main service on drawing EO-1 cannot be installed as per your drawing #1-. Are you going to supply a new drawing or are we responsible for coordinating with the A.H.J.? (authority having jurisdiction)
ANSWER: Revised drawing provided with Addendum #1.
13. The new main service is 1600 AMP 3 phase. The combined load of panel Pl- and Panel M could be up to 2000 amps without a main breaker is this going to be a problem for the main service feeders? Will this be a problem for the A.H.J.?
ANSWER: The existing load of Panel P1 is removed from Panel M. The combined load is 1600A. Main DC added per Addendum #1.
14. On Panel "M" directory note l- states to remove existing breakers and circuitry. Which ones are to be removed?

15. Because the service is being increased is the door adjacent to the service acceptable as the second means of Egress out of this area?
ANSWER: Yes
16. I am confused by the panel notes on Panel P1" P1 is a new panel. How can we have existing to remain on a new panel? Please advise.
ANSWER: Panel P1 is existing. See Drawing EO.1 attached to Addendum #1.
