Located in the heart of Newcastle’s CBD and boasting 30 boutique hotel rooms, you and your guests can sip, dine and stay in an

Paying tribute to the hotel’s former name, the Oxford Room features curved leather studded booths, crystal chandeliers and high cocktail tables creating an old world charm.

This cosy space is perfect for intimate parties of up to 50 people.

The Oxford Room can now cater for sit down events up to 20 persons.

The Drum Bar is an industrial-style space, showcasing an impressive custom designed drum kit chandelier, exposed brick walls and a triple-height ceiling. A mixture of booth seating and bar stools furnish the space, making this area ideal for a cocktail event.

The Courtyard in all its glory is the most unique space of the historic hotel, featuring rustic brick walls, a flourishing vertical garden and stunning décor. When night falls, the internal courtyard comes to life with luminous projections splashed across three storeys of exposed brickwork.

We are very flexible in tailoring your event, whether you’re planning a formal sit-down style function or a cocktail-style party. There is ample room for cake/grazing tables, entertainment such as a band or DJ and a dance floor. Please note;

Everything was perfect- the organisation, the set up, the beautiful touches of flowers and candles, the incredible food and drinks! But most importantly the service. You have made us feel so welcome and comfortable each and every time we’ve come in and last Thursday was no exception.
