This class introduces you to the GO system structure. You will learn about entering data into the system, uploading documents, processing proposals, working with contacts and more.*

Who Should Attend? Grant Managers and Program Officers Length: 1.5 Hours

Cost: $165 for clients with Maintenance & Support. Free and unlimited attendance for clients in the Client Care Program.

NHOGO02: Fulfilling your role (Executive, Board Members and Family Members)

This class will introduce you to the GO system structure as well as show you how to use the variety of search features and reports to get at the data you need to complete your roll. You will also learn about submitting reviews* and generating all types of correspondence and write-ups.*

Who should attend? Executive, Board Members and Family Members Length: 1.5 Hours

Cost: $165 for clients with Maintenance & Support. Free and unlimited attendance for clients in the Client Care Program.

GO01: Visualizing and Retrieving Your Data with GIFTS Online (GO)

This class will show you how to use the variety of search features to retrieve the data you are looking for. We will then show you how to customize your onscreen views by selecting columns and using sorts to visualize the data to best suite your needs. You will also learn about working with the standard reports that come with your GO system.

Who Should Attend? Grant Managers and Program Officers Length: 1.5 Hours

Cost: $165 for clients with Maintenance & Support. 1 Client Care Training Pass for clients in the Client Care Program.

GO02: Effective GIFTS Online (GO) Administration

This class is designed for GO Grant Managers. In this class you will learn how to effectively manage your Templates, Dashboards, Watch-Lists, classifications and remove duplicate records.

Who Should Attend? Grant Managers Length: 1.5 Hours

Cost: $165 for clients with Maintenance & Support. 1 Client Care Training Pass for clients in the Client Care Program.

MicroEdge Master GIFTS Online Level I Cost of Certification

We recommend that new users purchase the MicroEdge Master GIFTS Online Level 1 Certification Package. This package provides the core knowledge of GIFTS Online and verification of that knowledge through the MicroEdge Master Test. If you are already knowledgeable of the GIFTS Online Level 1 Class Topics, you can opt to take the Test at any time. You can also sign up for individual classes to brush up on your knowledge of the GIFTS Online Level 1 Class Topics and then take the test. To select the MicroEdge Master GIFTS Online Level 1 Test or the MicroEdge Master GIFTS Online Level 1 Certification Package, please complete the Registration Form.
