Logging In/Getting Started
Logging In:
1. Open this page in your browser of choice: http://extranet.chicagonorthwest.simpleviewcrm.com/ 2. Click on Forgot Password?
3. Enter your email address and click submit to request your password. A temporary password will be emailed to you.
3. Your username is your full email address.
4. Your password is the temporary address that was emailed to you. 5. You will be asked to change your password to one of your preference.

Leads
Reviewing Leads:
1. Click on leads button top left of screen. 2. On this screen, you can view the following:
a. All Leads b. New Leads c. Pending Leads d. Closed/Won Leads e. Closed/Lost Leads
f. Closed/TBD Leads (meeting has chosen city, but hasn’t selected hotels yet)
3. You are able to sort your list of leads by clicking on any of the column headers (i.e. Meeting Name, Organization, etc). Searching is also available by typing in the blank field next to the drop down menus (not shown).
4. If you select “New Leads,” that will show the leads that are waiting for you to respond to.

6. Click “Add Your Response” to respond to the lead.
7. Items in red are required fields.
8. If a client response is required click on the client’s e-mail address to send your response directly to the client (respond to Meet Chicago Northwest online in addition to this response).
9. Hotel Response Date – after this date, you will not be able to respond or edit your lead responses online. Please contact Meet Chicago Northwest at 847.490.1010.

My Member Record
Viewing Your Member Record:
(Please note: you will not be able to change your property’s name, address, phone or website. Contact Meet Chicago Northwest at 847.490.1010 for assistance.)
You can view following items under your Member Record: 1. Listings (Website and Visitors Guide)
2. Coupons/Special Offers 3. Benefits Summary 4. Property
Listings:
1. In order to update your listing; click the “Edit” link (pencil icon) to the left of the appropriate listing.
2. You will then be able to change your category, subcategories and listing description. You also have the option to overwrite any of the fields in the Listing Details. Click the checkbox in the overwrite column for the item you wish to change. Then free form type in the field.
3. Make sure to click save so your changes are sent to Meet Chicago Northwest. Your changes will be pending until a representative of Meet Chicago Northwest approves them.

1. Click add new listing (lower right corner of your screen) 2. Select a type of listing: Visitor Guide or Website
3. Address: Select “Physical” to display the main address on your Account. 4. Category: the main category your listing is in (i.e. Attractions,
Accommodations, etc)
5. Sub-Category: (i.e. museum, historical site, etc – a more defined category) 6. Contact Drop-down: This field can be skipped. If you want to put a general email account on your listing please see below.
7. Listing: Please type in a general description (limit of 40 words). You can italicize or highlight a word and create a link (click on the link button and a form will show up to enter link information). Once you tab out of the listing text box, you will get an optional link (Edit HTML) which will allow you to spell check and customize your text.
Listing Details:
Use the fields below to overwrite system-entered information. For instance if you prefer to show only your 800 number on the website or a specific email address (ex: [email protected]) on the website. Check the
Overwrite box and then type in the free form text field. All grayed out text comes from our system. If you would like to permanently change this information please call Meet Chicago Northwest at 847.490.1010.
Website Notifications:
You can also enter an e-mail to be notified when your listing reaches a designated number of hits.
5 Powered by: Coupons/Deals and Hotel Packages:
In this module you can create and update any special offers you would like to be made available to visitors (coupon, deals, special hotel packages, etc.). In order to create a coupon, click on the “Add New Coupon” Button.
A window will open up, allowing you to enter a title of the coupon/package, as well as a description and what the coupon/package entails (discount, free item, overnight stay package, etc).
1. The same editing rules apply as in the listing area
2. You can link the coupon/package to your web listing by keeping the partner checkbox selected
3. The “Redeem From” & “Redeem To” Dates – these will print on the coupon/package as dates which the coupon/package is valid.
4. The “Post To” and Post From” Dates – determined by you, your coupon/package will only show up on the website during these dates – it will automatically be removed on the day after the “Post From” date.
This coupon/package will then appear on your individual listing, as well as on a page for coupons/deals or a another page for hotel packages.
Visitors will have an opportunity to print or show their phone to redeem your coupons.
To edit the coupon, you just need to click on the “Edit” link (pencil icon) to the left of your coupon, and make the desired changes.

leads will be shown here in a report
• Services – all venue leads will be shown here in a report
• Events – displays number of events you have attended with MCNW
• Articles – displays any articles where your property was mentioned
• Web Site – shows the number of views and click-thrus to your website
• Coupons – shows the number of hits to your coupons/packages
