Dieter Knapp is a licensed real estate agent and certified controller FH. He was employed

from November 1990 until December 2008 by KPMG in an executive position. Since January

2009 he has headed the Area Accounting & Outsourcing Services at KENDRIS. Dieter Knapp

has around 30 years fiduciary experience and broad know-how as a comprehensive advisor of

small and sized businesses. He has detailed knowledge in transactions of small and

mid-sized companies as well as real estate. He assists clients in Change Management Processes

and is active as Coach in structuring of businesses and successor planning.

From January 2000 until December 2008 he was employed by KPMG, 5 years of which in tax consulting. Since January 2009 he is employed by KENDRIS. He has distinguished himself as comprehensive advisor of small and mid-sized businesses. In addition he has specialized as temporarily available financial specialist. He also has special IT knowledge e.g. ABACUS, SAP, Sesam, JD Edwards.

A comprehensive knowledge of withholding taxes allows her to quickly clarify and implement situations.

Jeanine Hofer commenced her work at KENDRIS as per October 1, 2009. She successfully completed her commercial training in an accounting office in Solothurn. Afterwards she improved her language skills with a stay in Australia. She passed the FIRST Certificate in English and already has good knowledge in the area Accounting and Financial Bookkeeping.
