Since 1994, PowerPlan’s mission has been to provide asset-intensive companies with an integrated accounting, tax, budgeting and analytical solution that helps them optimize financial performance and mitigate compliance risk. We do this by establishing partnerships with our customers, working to understand their business and its strategic objectives to help them get the most from their

PowerPlan investment. Ultimately our goal is to earn the right to be your organization’s trusted advisor. To support this approach, we have created the Customer Success Organization (CSO), which works in concert with your Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) and serves as your key resource for

PowerPlan product optimization, best practices, training and solution support. Once your PowerPlan solution is implemented and in production, the CSO team is available to answer questions and resolve issues. By partnering this way, we develop a better understanding of your company and its goals so we can optimize PowerPlan in order to help you achieve results.

Our Team

The members of PowerPlan’s CSO team not only have a deep technical understanding of the entire software suite, but they are extremely

knowledgeable in the areas of asset accounting, tax and budgeting. This balance of software acumen and domain expertise makes them uniquely qualified to help your company get the most from its PowerPlan solution. Whether it’s a minor fix or a comprehensive strategy for optimizing your tax or asset accounting business processes, we can deliver the results your organization needs to be successful.

PowerPlan Support Plans

PowerPlan customers face a unique set of challenges in managing their asset base. When compliance and tax regulations change – and they

change often – the impact can have implications across a company’s entire portfolio. Additionally, the increase in mergers and acquisitions can also dramatically change the asset picture. Assessing how these changes affect both your tax and accounting business processes and your PowerPlan solution requires specialized know-how.

PowerPlan Standard Maintenance and Support

No matter which solution your company has selected, every PowerPlan customer has access to our Standard plan, which provides basic product troubleshooting and access to a comprehensive knowledge base.

Product Maintenance: Receive current version of licensed software to ensure consistency with latest database and operating system updates, as well as to remain compliant with important regulatory changes.

Product Support: Resolve product issues with our in-house customer support team. • User Community: Collaborate with peers and access PowerPlan documentation

and a knowledge base of quick tips and common questions.

Advanced: Solution Support

With the Advanced plan, you receive all the advantages of the Standard plan, along with access to PowerPlan experts for in-depth solution support. When you sign up, you can engage with our CSO team for more complex issues related to integration, product extensions and reporting.

In addition to the Standard plan features, Advanced delivers:

Account-Specific Diagnostic Support: Resolve complex issues specific to your PowerPlan instance.

Release Management: Provides a best practice approach to maintaining your PowerPlan source code by reconciling all code changes with your current version, maintaining version control and communicating all changes to your organization to facilitate testing and promotion.

Prescribed Training Program: Access to live monthly training webinars on a range of topics led by seasoned subject matter experts who are available to answer your specific questions. If you are not able to attend the live event, the webinar is recorded and is available 24/7.

Premier: Customer Success Management

As a Premier customer, you not only get all the benefits of the Advanced and Standard plans, but you are assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) who serves as your dedicated PowerPlan representative. With a strong background in PowerPlan and extensive asset accounting expertise, the CSM acts as your PowerPlan advocate, helping to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology.

The CSM works with you to take your PowerPlan solution to the next level. Designed to align with your company’s strategic objectives, the Premier plan features a mutually-agreed upon roadmap, ongoing communication, measurable objectives and annual reviews.

You will get tremendous value from your PowerPlan solution when your users are knowledgeable and comfortable working with the system. That’s why PowerPlan features a comprehensive schedule of training courses for all modules, which gives accounting, IT and tax staff the opportunity to gain core skills. Built on customer feedback, these courses help new users quickly get up to speed on the product and provide long-term users with advanced tips and techniques.

Training typically takes place at our Atlanta headquarters, but it can also be delivered at the client site.
