Welcome to the Disney Ticket Activation Solution Program Manual. This manual is designed to provide step-by-step instructions on how to activate Walt Disney World®
Resort Theme Park tickets via the Disney Ticket Activation Solution website and is divided into three sections: User, Branch/Ticket Coordinator and Administrator. Each section is designed to be an individual component, but more than one section may be applicable to your role within the club and/or branch.
Section 1 will address the User. A “User” is anyone responsible for activating a ticket shell via the Disney Ticket Activation Solution. Section 1 provides step-by-step instruction on how to activate Walt Disney World® Resort Magic Your Way tickets.
Section 1 addresses the following areas:

USER QUICK REFERENCE SHEET
1. After completing the transaction in the point-of-sale system or cash register, navigate
to www.disneytravelagents.com on the Internet.
2. Login to www.disneytravelagents.com using your www.disneytravelagents.com User ID and Password.
3. Click on Disney Ticket Activation Solution button on the bottom right hand corner of the home page.
4. After clicking on the link to the Disney Ticket Activation Solution landing page, you will be presented a splash screen with information pertaining to the program: Click link to: Disney Ticket Activation Solution.
5. Click the link once more to enter the Disney Ticket Activation Solution site. 6. After clicking on the link to the Disney Ticket Activation Solution on the landing page,
you will be presented with several links. Select Activate Tickets.
7. Login with your Disney Ticket Activation Solution user ID and password assigned to you by the branch administrator.
8. Swipe the first Magic Your Way ticket shell. The Magic Your Way ticket-type and age-type will appear on the screen
9. After all the Magic Your Way ticket shells are swiped, up to eight (8) per transaction, click CONTINUE.
10. The next step would be to “Enter Ticket Information”.
• Using the dropdown box, correctly choose the number of days purchased
• Options are selected by checking, or un-checking, the corresponding optional add-ons purchased.
11. When all ticket options have been selected, click CHECKOUT.
12. Take time to review the order. If not correct, EDIT before moving forward.
13. Determine if the guest would like an e-mail confirmation sent. If yes, then type over the pre-populated e-mail address.
14. Accept the Terms and Conditions by scrolling to the bottom of the text box and checking the box.
15. To completed the transaction and activate the ticket shells, click SUBMIT.
16. After the transaction completes, the website will provide a button to a printable copy of the Guest Confirmation and a Travel Professional Confirmation.
17. Print a Guest Confirmation and hand the confirmation, the activated tickets, and AAA Diamond Parking Voucher to the guest (if applicable). Instruct the guest that their confirmation has all their ticket information and should be kept in a safe place separate from the tickets to reference later if they were to be lost or stolen.
18. Print a Travel Professional Copy for the branch’s files, noting the membership number in the upper right hand corner for reference.
