own school

authorise what system
This is used to manage
who is allowed to use OASIS Thin Client
This is used to manage
who is allowed to use

It is recommended that only select staff
are given access to EMU. As discussed,
an audit trail is maintained for EMU

Web Filter Check is a
handy tool that all staff can
use to see if a website
they’d like to use in class
is blocked or not for their
students.
To find out about how DEC
filters work, click here.
Also provides links to log a
service desk request to
either block or unblock

This is a handy tool all teachers can

specified website against
each year group at your
school, plus for staff.
This is general information
about the site, including the
site categories
This is the check report that is
displayed on the screen
While a site may be
unblocked for you, it can
be very frustrating to find
that students cannot
access it in the classroom.
This tool helps avoid that
frustration.
Principal’s Network Information
Traffic Reports provide
details of most visited
websites, busiest internet
computers at the school
and other useful reports
It provides usage reports and
graphs of the school’s Internet
usage across time periods
This tool is only in the

This very useful tool can
help the school to identify
how (well) the Internet is
being used. Perhaps
