When I arrived in Bangor I immediately
made friends, there were lots of other
people from my home country of Nigeria
around, which was very nice and it helped
me to settle in. I think Bangor is the perfect
place to come and complete your studies,
and it is in a very good location.

‘The Islamic Banking & Finance program in Bangor Business School opened my eyes to a truly scientific and contemporary approach to Islamic finance. Drawing from a rich pool of academic diversity, the program exposed me to the mechanics of conventional finance and its application to Islamic sharia principles. I thoroughly enjoyed the program. The serene and evergreen country that is Wales was a refreshing experience. I look forward to returning to Bangor for further studies in Islamic Finance.’
