Ability to create and develop the model beyond the academic environment in the business world to gain the ability to create an opportunity to practice in some areas.

Using the methods of mathematical analysis of the basic laws of economics theory, but in economic terms, their meaning will be preserved and repeated from time to time.

This course covers Linear Regression Models, Assumptions in Linear Regression Models and Diagnostic Tests, Models with two-variables, Models with multi-variables, Time-Series Modelling, Unit-Root and Definitions, Unit Root Tests, Unit Root Tests with Structural Break, Modelling of Long-Term Correlations, Error Correction Models, Introduction to Econometric Application, Introduction to methodology of econometrics, The assumption of homoscedasticity and autocorrelation, multicollinearity, errors in variables and regression of dummy variables, lagged variables and distributed lag models.

This course is the methods of analysing data, examining the theory and techniques of numerical data, economic indices, economic series, and the interpretation of the parameters, probability distributions and probability calculations, and their economics, business administration and management activities include the fields used.

İKT5014 - International Economics (3 0 3)

The course includes all economic events, relations and developments between different countries. In this course, principally, micro- and macro- methods will be used in the framework of analysis, but they will be applied to a different model which includes at least two countries. Then it includes; The classical theory of foreign trade and its extensions; comparative costs; factor proportions and comparative advantages; further developments and empirical verifications; factor-price equalization, income distribution and gains from trade tariff theory and trade policy.
