CAVIAR

RUSSIAN OSETRA, (ACIPENSER GUELDENSATEDTII)

The phenomenal Russian Osetra caviar is produced from the same species of Osetra found in the Caspain & Black Seas. They are farmed

in pristine waters which almost exactly mimics the natural environment of the wild Russian sturgeon for nine to ten years before their

eggs are harvested using highly sophisticated equipment. The fish can grow up to six feet &weigh almost 250 pounds. The sturgeon are

fed all-natural, organic feed. Caviar Masters use the malsossol, or “little salt” method to enhance the superb flavor of the caviar. The

result is smooth, creamy, fresh tasting caviar with a rich nutty flavor that rivals the wild Russian caviars.
