Over break, you might want to read or get started reading Getting To Yes because I’d like you to have it read by January 25. After January 25, you will be writing a short critique on it for a grade. The book is only 190 pages and a short read.

This book started the revolution of problem-solving negotiation. The terms will sound familiar to you from ADR class. I would like you to read with the goal of learning to negotiate using the problem-solving process and the tactics the authors suggest in Parts III and V.
