Specview  Soiware

 

•  Specview  is  a  java  tool  for  1-­‐D  spectra  visualizaNon  

www.stsci.edu/insNtute/soiware_hardware/specview/  (I.  Busko)  

-­‐  It  can  get  spectra  from  VO  services  (using  SSAP  

protocol)  

-­‐  It  implements  a  line  idenNficaNon  funcNon  (using  

the  SLAP  VO  protocol  or  lines  from  local  lines)

Current  Extension  of  SPECVIEW:  

 

Extend  Query  interface  to  VAMDC  services   with  same  features  as  SLAP  services        

     Extension  uses  VAMDC-­‐TAP  Access   Protocol,  VAMDC  query  language/ dicNonnary,  XSAMS  schema    

Done by N. Moreau (Paris Obs.) using JAVA librairies designed by M. Doronin (VAMDC development Team)
